We visited here at the weekend as it was for my sons treat and we had pre booked. Our consisted of seven children and two adults. We had paid for three games. After the safety briefing was done we proceeded to play. As we were the only group in there it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. My only gripe was after each game you had to go back outside into the main foyer to check who had got the best scores. If the monitors could be moved into the ready room it would be more convenient for all. Kids had a here. Value for money Reasonable priced. Booking in advance is essential. Very friendly staff. Nice waiting area. Plenty of parking. The kids & I decided to have a game of laser tag & we had alot of fun, just the 3 of us in the arena & we had a blast. The staff are really friendly & very helpful. Plenty of parking too. It was a excellent and the staff where brilliant. Andy was the main staff member to deal with and he did a fantastic job. I little bit late sometimes, but was only about 5 minutes. All in all, job. Everyone enjoyed the here. I haven’t been myself playing, but my boys 10 and 12 loved it and would definitely go again. I also heard from other parents that they do deals. Just wanted to say what a fantastic we had at Laser Zone while we attended for a team event. The service we received from Riley and Rob was brilliant from start to finish. They were extremely organised and ensured everything ran smoothly, from the buildup leading to it, to the actual day. Everyone was extremely impressed and all said what a they had, and we can’t wait to do it again! Thank you x I remember going here and it was so much fun. While you are waiting for the laser tag game to begin there are lots of games to play while you wait. And when you go inside the laser tag area it is phenomenal. It is a really fun and enjoyable and I recommend this place especially for parties. Having been twice before was amazing but 3rd was aweful 30 people in the venue of the 3 ten minute slot/games you're lucky if u get 15 mins because it so crowded and keep getting shot and dont have to reload b4 getting shot again no fun at all. Would recommend going with no than 18 people. Megan was an amazing host! Ify and his friends love it, The kids had a blast, and everyone had so much fun. The food was great, and everything ran smoothly. It was a fantastic party! I want to start off by saying the girl that looked after us Ace was lovely. I am however very, very disappointed. For the amount of money I paid, about £240 for 13 guests, it only consisted of 3 x 10 minute games (we started 20 minutes late, i was booked in for 3pm and actually started playing by 3.20pm. It had finished by 4pm with two breaks in between) and half an hour use of the room. 3 anemic pizzas and a tray of chips! We couldn't even eat the cake in the room! Never, ever again. I checked the website, it specificity states you get use of the games room for an hour. It would be one star, but Ace was lovely, and the kids did have fun. If the cost had been half the price I was charged, it would have been a much higher rating, but I feel completely ripped off. We took our sons and their friends here last weekend for a game and food. When we arrived we were the only ones and did wait a while until someone came over. It turned out that there was just one lady running between Laser tag and Zoomania so we should expect some delays in our session starting and serving. Despite the fact they were seriously short staffed she did her best to help us and serve drinks, thank you! A young guy who ran their session was absolutely amazing. He made sure the kids (and dads) had a and sorted all their food and drinks orders. He worked so incredibly hard and our sons and friends loved it. A big thank you to both these team members for working so hard even though they were visibly up against it, it didn’t go unnoticed. Side note, the place could do with some TLC but we will be back! Absolutely fantastic!!! Booked a here for 10. The young lad hosting was brilliant, I didn't have to lift a finger. He kept me informed of what was going on. He delayed the for us for 10 minutes whilst we waited for the last guest, we overran by 20 minutes and he didn't rush anyone, he catered for a guest who we found out last minute had dietary requirements. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend!! Last minute cancelled booking, thank you for easy refund, but plans reorganised in 10mins, Tenin Northants 100% as always.
