Seriously, the were so and unprofessional! The started late because the room wasn't ready. They didn't give us time, and then they yelled at us even though we were still within our time because of the late start. One member had the worst attitude and threatened to kick us out! After talking to the manager, it all made sense why the are so bad. If the owner wants this place to succeed, they need to change the management and retrain the staff! Honestly, this place is really poor value for money, oversells and underperforms. It looks amazing on the website but in reality it’s a small park with a small indoor inflatable area. It’s in a below average state of repair and the are rude. I’ve learnt my lesson Would have been 5 stars, but only 1 member on tills, long queue to get in, our time was 12-1pm, got there for 11.40am and didn’t actually start bouncing till 12.15pm. The place looks decent. Bit messy . If wearing that are not bought from here( even tho are rubber soled) you are not allowed on the ring ( it' s about safety, not about them trying to make a £2.50 ha). Quite unbelievable this place...charging £3 to spectate. The spectating areas are filthy with broken chairs/ripped cushions and tables which don't appear to have been cleaned for weeks. The terrace should be a nice place to sit but the issues are even worse there. I don't think there is a single seat without a stain, rip, hole and none of the ashtrays have been emptied for at least a week. Not only is it bad enough they charge you £3 to watch, you have to pay an £3 for your child to wear their own branded (even if you already have a pair of socks)! They enforce this by inserting it to their terms and conditions you have to sign before boucning. The point of are for grip/safety...but they just see it as another opportunity to grab another £3 per child off you. To top it off there are much better parks around so just go there instead, you'll thank me for it. Finally, the are youngsters with zero communication skills. When asked to speak to the manager about my concerns they were even less reasonable- how do they train their staff!? - oh hang on, they obviously they invest in their as much as the facilities - they simply don't bother. The lady on the desk was very helpful, we arrived late so she asked if we wanted to continue in our slot or wait 10 minutes to get our full hour, she didn't have to do that so thought that was nice of her. My already had grip on, only to be turned away on the entrance because they were not the "green flip out socks"... erm, never had this issue at any other park! Apparently its all over the booking system and terms and conditions - not sure why green makes them safer?! I wasn't going to pay an £12 for after paying well over £10 per head for the session itself and when I already have a drawer full of grip socks. So I was going to ask for a complete refund when the same lady on the desk said she will give me the free of charge - again I thought this was nice of her so the 3 stars go to her. However, I did notice them charging other people for green who had the wrong so not sure that's fair... People were complaining about the queue, but maybe the queue is teaching you patience. This place is truly beautiful. Even the walls feel like they whisper magic, all blue with sparkles in the VIP resting room. You can tell the person behind this business went a little mile. They thought about people’s comfort, the seating is beautiful, and the space feels welcoming. If I had only read the online comments, I might never have come… and I’m glad I didn’t let them decide for me. The flip-out section was especially engaging. Next time, I’ll make sure I’m well rested, because I felt like even my muscles were having a tantrum! 😅 One small note: I didn’t like the provided. I’d prefer something softer — maybe cotton with a bit of elastic, so they feel more comfortable and secure on the foot. ❤️ The lady who assisted me during our 4 to 6 pm session today, 6 Nov 2024 seemed to lack experience in customer service, which was quite disappointing given the occasion. From the moment we arrived, her demeanor was less than inviting; she wasn't very welcoming and had a serious expression that made the atmosphere feel tense rather than festive. Instead of creating a warm and friendly environment, she came across as and condescending, which is particularly concerning in a venue that caters to and families. It was my son's birthday, a special day that should have been filled with joy and celebration. Unfortunately, her lack of attentiveness was evident when she either didn't notice or simply didn't care to acknowledge this important milestone in my son's life. A simple "Happy Birthday!" would have gone a long way in making him feel special and appreciated. Instead, her indifference cast a shadow over what should have been a joyful experience for him and our family. In a setting designed for children, it is crucial to have a that embodies friendliness and cheerfulness. thrive in environments where they feel welcomed and valued, and the plays a significant role in creating that atmosphere. Unfortunately, this woman's attitude did not align with the expectations one would have for a venue dedicated to celebrating children's milestones. I hope that management will consider providing additional training for their to ensure that future guests have a more positive and memorable experience. The lady, who served us today ( 22.02.25) was and unprofessional. Your website says under 11 would require spectator, my are 11.5 years and they wanted to stay without me there for 2 hours. She has refused us the entrance, saying they must be 12. Website should be then more clear and also shouldn’t allow me to book ? Now I have spent almost £50, travelled miles, are dissapointed etc, because we were refused entrance. Also receptionist cancelled our booking, she couldn’t provide any receipt or anything proving that booking was cancelled? so I am left now without any confirmation that I will even get my money back? Overall experience is dissapointing and I NOT recommended it to anyone. I went today to Flip out with a very vulnerable person who has a complex disability and never have I experienced such dreadful attitudes from staff. When we arrived there I was told there was just us on the session. we went to the cafe to wait for the session andget a drink the behind the counter walked off we waited to be served. The man began to get distressed waiting for his drink. It was very upsetting this is a individual who becomes massively anxious. I do not want to have to explain his condition When I approached the front desk two members of were sat gossiping. I asked if anyone was serving at the cafe and the attitude was awful. They acted like how dare you inturupt our conversation. I choose not to address it in front of the individual. They excused it by saying we was serving a customer however we were the only ones in there. I waited a hour to get a drink and still no staff. I then had to get off the to ask again and at that point addressed the ignorant attitude of the manager and other members just to get someone to serve us. The attitude in 2025 towards a individual with a learning disability is unbelievable. I was disgusted by the behaviour of the manager and it was awful. Even after explaining that it caused unnecessary distress they excused it by saying that they were busy. I WILL HIGHLIGHT WE WERE the only 2 PEOPLE ON THE and 4 members. Ignorance dose not even explain the situation. The manager should be leading by example. Be professional and proactive instead she offered shameful excuses. It is difficult enough trying to access the community with a individual with a complex learning disability and then feeling like you have to get individuals to just show compassion and do there jobs. It should be a organisation that should educate there parents /families ect should not have to explain having compassion and common curtsey. We’ve been here several times and our have always enjoyed it. However today I took my 4 year old and 7 year old and felt it was really unsafe to mix reception aged with older and teenagers. The older were racing around and wresting etc. Not so much of a problem with similar aged but really unsafe with much younger ones. My 4 year old got hit twice and knocked over once in the space of an hour, despite me supervising her closely. The did their best and spoke to the other - they were responsive and I don’t think it was the fault of the staff. However I just felt it was not very safe mixing age groups like this. I won’t be going back. Tldr- just don't go. Unsafe and gross. Had to use male toilets with my five year old. The actual bounce is great and the enjoyed it. I spent the whole time ABSOLUTELY aware it's so unsafe. Badly designed, you can't see them bounce without walking around and peering through the sides. So that's fair enough.. but the entrance has no gate like soft plays and a high up desk with people milling about, I'm sure no one would question a kid walking or running by! It was connected by X2 open double doors to a whole bar with seats?! The far side of the bounce has an exit you can not see at all that opens next to open double doors to a bar with a small roller rink. My kid sometimes runs off, her brother was under instructions to watch her but we were on edge. Somewhere designed for little with absolutely no thought for the safety of entering and leaving was a shock. Other general issues below but I'm only posting because we were so concerned we will not go back even if the beg is to which is a real shame. Hardly any present and absolutely no checking that anyone knew the rules or watched the safety video. No instructions on where to go and it was absolutely filthy. Rubbish on tables, dirt on the floor in walkways. One poor member of briefly cleared the tables but no wiping of ables or emptying the overflowing bins. I suspect they are just severely understaffed. No refreshments at all we could see and our two were so thirsty. Having to use blokes loos with my little kid as the ladies was out of order was grim and I'm very glad no blokes used the urinal while I was there!!! Customer service was pathetic, I attended my son’s friend birthday. And I regretted coming to this place . members were very and not friendly at all. While we were singing happy birthday to the person members looked at us in a weird way, not even a happy birthday to the person. The place was fun, but there was dust on everything except the places people walk, I'm not saying its dirty everywhere, but you could see the dust on stuff. You can order drinks and do rollerskating. And its relatively clean. Only given it 2 stars because the (6yo) enjoy it. They’re now charging £3 for parents to ‘spectate’ (you actually can’t see most of it), which is particularly offensive given the state of the place. Floors, tables and chairs are filthy. The photo shows the state of the wipe I used on the small table I’m sitting at 🤢 My son had a fantastic 8th birthday party, the were extremely helpful and so accommodating. They ensured that all were looked after, the host for the was exceptional. The was a huge success, enjoyed both bouncing and roller skating. The venue exceeded my expectations, and the went above and beyond. Thank you ☺️ New owners, new prices, new rip offs. Charging spectators £3 to sit and watch child which can’t be left alone just seems a little bizarre. It’s not as though the spectating part is in first class lounge luxury lol You already charge for socks, the admission is steep enough, drinks and snacks are already overpriced… why charge a parent £3 to have to endure the loud noises and shouting just to make a few quid? You have to wear bought from flip out which you pay for each pair You have to pay even if you're a spectator and you aren't even allowed any further than the entrance to the trampolines so you can't even watch your kids. You have to pay to use the lockers as well! This place is definitely not worth coming to. It's so expensive for what you get. To jump for 1hr is too long and most were just sitting on the boxes between the mats. As a grandparent, I am sat in a litter strewn cafeteria area. The tables are overflowing with the (half term) days litter and there is only one person in attendance at the bar to cope with the areas demand. The adults in my have paid an additional £3 each for this privilege. I have tripped and fallen over a roller skate -abandoned with dozens of others in a dark walk way. A child has been locked in a toilet cubicle, that had to catch as they were forced to climb over the door. All this said the in my are at least enjoying themselves. They scammed us. We pretty much only went the 45 minutes here for the great quality trampolines and pack of business. When we arrived , the great, really bouncy trampolines were replaced with rubbish ones that barely worked. There was no indicator of the change on the website, and the photos and videos all showed the bouncy trampolines. Additionally the price went up and crowds got bigger. We had only been once before and will not be going again.
