Absolutely love this place, its always well organised. We were there for USC which has some fantastic cars, with something for everyone. The drinks are pretty but the food can be questionable its pretty expensive which I dont mind if the quality is but not all of it is. Pizza parlour next to fuelers was but the breakfast place with no name that just says big breakfast baguettes (in between the ice cream van and the pod shop) was shockingly bad. I expected it to be as we waited 30 minutes so thought it must be fresh it was a burnt mess and cost about £8.50 (see photos) avoid this place. The coffee there was terrible too. If you want coffee then go to the coffee and cake place (next door to burger and fries) as the coffee there was really nice. The noodle place was pretty too as was the Mexican next door (I think) that done the loaded fries (see pics) Spent a works day out here to watch a colleague run his car up the drag a few times. A day out although surprised to see that a lot of the food stalls were closed, but it was a Friday. Plenty of car parking and overall a vibe. The weather was with only a few interruptions in racing due to the heavy rain. As soon as the rain stopped the racing got underway pretty quickly. There are few places kitted out like this around the country. Racetrack & stands are excellent. safety crews etc. The main cafe offers lots of reasonably priced food but the entire venue can sometimes get overloaded (traffic, parking & people) if there's a big event on (The Nationals etc). Place is much better when smaller events are being held. I’ve been going to Santa Pod since I was young, with Bug Jam being the highlight of my year. Back then, it was all about the old cars, the smell of the rubber, and the excitement in the air. Now, as a father of two, it’s taken on a whole new meaning — it’s something I get to share with my kids and my wife, and it’s just as magical as ever. The atmosphere is electric but still feels welcoming for families. There’s so much to see and do — from the incredible drag races that leave you in awe to the friendly car displays, live music, and fun fair rides. My kids’ faces light up every a car roars down the strip, and my wife loves that there are plenty of places to relax, grab food, and enjoy the day. Santa Pod isn’t just about — it’s about community, shared memories, and that unique mix of adrenaline and fun. For us, it’s more than a weekend away; it’s a tradition, and I can’t wait to keep bringing my children here as they grow up. If you’ve never been, whether you’re a petrolhead or just looking for an unforgettable day, Santa Pod is a must. Went with a few mates and my son to santa pod. 1st going here for us and it was a excellent day out. My son loved the bike show and cars. Highly recommend going if you are into and fancy a day out with friends or family. Another fantastic visit to the pod for the euro finals this weekend. Tried out the open suite hospitality this year. By far worth the extra money than the other packages. Perfect vantage point to see the do their burnouts and from the start line all the way to the finish. The fireforce rocket dragsters are eveb more impressive this close up as they shake you as they fire up and edge to the start. So much so this they Damaged 2 windows. The staff in that hospitality were a credit to Santa pod from the helpful young lady who sorted out all our beers and provided me with plasters when I managed to cut my hand, to the bar staff and waitresses in the food marquee. Will definitely be back to that hospitality as we've been to all the others. Then we seen the top fuel car hit 319mph ( think it was Jndia in the monster car) and then a top fuel funny car break 300mph. Great place to come, hope Keith bartlet who is the owner has better fortune next season with the weather and all other events aren't rained off Flame and Thunder was an absolute day out, we enjoyed ever second and the Santa pod staff were brilliant at keeping the show going despite the weather. Highly recommend a visit It's a brilliant location. Lots going on, fast paced action on the dragstrip some phenomenal vehicles displayed. Great commentary helping make it inclusive even for the newbies to the action. secondary entertainment at the other arena sites. Lots of high octane action. The participants were very friendly and willing to share their passion for their hobby. We will be returning. Visited for Monster Truck Nationals 2025. A great day out. Remember hats and suncream in the height of summer - there's no shade! Had a fun here, first we've been and it was the summer nationals. It was great to visit Nitro FM and watch some races from there, including the jet car! It was great to walk round the close up, and was a friendly atmosphere. Clean toilets too! We’ve been coming here for years doing loads of different events, but our latest visit is one of our favourites, bug jam , always busy with plenty of track action , stalls, displays, and stunt and drift driving etc plenty of food and drink options on site and loads of different music tastes catered for at this event but disappointed that there wasn’t many headline music acts as normal but still a brilliant weekend 🤟 Earmuffs/earbuds are a must for kids and some adults. place for entertainment. We had an awesome at the Flame and Thunder event. It was so much more than I was expecting, an exciting array of wacky and insane on the strip. Loads of extra stuff going on around the strip, monster trucks, drifting, stunt performers. Lots of food vans to pick from. They did well to keep tightly to the schedule and keep things moving despite some patches of rain. Its a great event with loads to see, definitely check it out! If you like cars, modified cars, fast cars, fast bikes and a fantastic atmosphere then look no further than Santapod Raceway. Been going for some years now and the last few years have been able to take my son for the weekend camping on site to various car shows, our favourite being Jap Show Finale. Very well organised and safe venue to watch others or race your own car up the drag strip. Various side shows, monster trucks, stunt bikes and cars, live music, stalls, Pod Cafe and other food vans as well as the fair ground rides. Truly is a great place and go as often as possible. Just be aware the local rozzers like to top up their Christmas drinks funds so please bear this in mind when leaving. Been here 3 times in 2 years, and everytime was better than the last. I absolutely love it here and they have so much to offer. Drag races, taking your own car on the (RWYB), speed bikes, jet cars, monster trucks, drift shows, live music, stationary car show, food shops, souvenir shops, cafe, food/drink trucks, mini fair ground with games, toilets, showers, water refill taps. It's got everything! really really really day out, everything that was happening at the raceway was i personally went to ultimate street car 2024 and it was i definitely recommend this to anyone who has an interest in as it really was world class, now the only reason i only gave 4 stars out of 5 was because the refreshments were a bit pricey for what it was but minus the food prices it really is a 5 star place, thank you santa pod raceway for this experience and ill definitely be coming back.👍 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
