I received reminders (very when your planning a big party!) and the staff were so lovely, and friendly! I've already had two people ask for the details for their next party! 🥳 We'll definitely use them again! 10/10 highly recommend. We booked the Monster Truck and Didi cars for our sons party. Wayne arrived right on at both set-up and collection and took no more than 15 mins to set-up and close down. Just amazing will definitely be booking again. Thanks so much I was really happy with the service, they checked in a couple of times before delivery which gave me peace of mind, and were on for drop off and pick up. The delivery man was very and helpful, and even left us some hoppers that weren’t ordered as a little bonus, which went down really well! The ball pit wasn’t the same colour as advertised, but they stuck the frozen design on with Velcro. This wasn’t an issue as we didn’t have a colour scheme, but might be something to check. The was spotless, staff were very professional, prompt at setting up and collecting and very competitively priced. We hired a Dino-themed with a slide from Bounce Hire for my son’s 4th birthday, and it was a huge hit with the kids! It really made the day extra special. The setup was smooth and stress-free, just like the experience I had with them last year for my other child’s birthday. They’re reliable, friendly, and the castles are always clean and in great condition. I’ll definitely be using them again and them to everyone looking for a fun and hassle-free addition! Recently hired a and the 10 foot inflatable slide for my sons 6th party. Booking was very easy on line, communication was very good. They set up and took down at.the exact times they said they would, very quickly and smoothly. Would highly this company for your or event - I like the fact they did a special offer if you were having more than one inflatable as well. The slide was amazing, the biggest hit with the i don't think there was a moment when it wasn't being used! I cannot this company enough: the customer is a winner on its own.
