Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. staff is arrogant, toilets are dirty, you have to ask to simply go to the toilet etc. Only one star, definitely deserved, never coming here again even for just an ice-cream! The place is old although nothing's wrong with that. Breakfast was simple and good. When we arrived at the place they couldn't find us on the guest list, that wasn't a problem because they apparently still had a room available. When we wanted to check out they wanted us to pay, what we already did online when we booked our stay. The staff didn't speak English and refused to believe us. We had to pay the € 45 again and it was only later on when we showed our transaction through PayPal that they gave us our money back. Although the hotel was okay, it was really difficult to communicate with the staff. Which leads me into giving the hotel 3 stars. Unwelcoming & disappointing…not representative of the beautiful city of Estramoz. Reluctantly shown our room, breakfast, slammed down on the table..felt most unwelcome & left without leaving a tip as a result..Estramoz is a lovely place & everywhere else we enjoyed every second..this hotel is not a good example..
