I really don’t want to say too much about Divers Cove, but this is because rather selfishly I want it kept a secret! So, I won't say that it is a well run venue , with a relaxed style of management that aims to allow access to open swimming for everyone, be they the first-time splasher or a semi-pro triathlete. All the staff are friendly and will make time to chat, and you never feel alone. It's a superb place to make new friends and to push yourself in a non-competitive environment. But honestly, it's none of the above so read on and head to Brighton 😁😁😁😁 and you can trust me, I’m an open swimmer. Just remember that when you wrote your review, you'll probably want to keep just how great DC and the team are a secret too! Absolutely gorgeous! Worth the journey from London. Like a hidden oasis and the team running it are really friendly, you can tell there are a lot of local regulars here. is super clear and almost drinkable (quote from the lifeguard)! Only downside was no hot food on Saturday evening, and the opening hours. It is *actually* shut until 4pm with big barriers (see photo), so note you can’t come and chill beforehand, though there is nice open greenery down the alley to the right of the barriers. Will be back! Beautiful lake, good changing facilities and service. The is really clean and lovely. We enjoyed a pizza after too. The lifeguard was also really nice and told us that a company pumps fresh into it. Well maintained and looked after with lots of parking. I have been coming to Divers Cove for a few years now. Its a fabulous place to go for a in natural and beautiful surroundings.its like a secret oasis in the middle of Surrey! Always feel refreshed after a swim, ready to tackle the day ahead. This is my fourth season swimming regularly at Divers Cove and I love it here - the large lake provides a beautiful natural environment for safe open swimming. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. This season, there's been a great addition of freshly-made pizza on Fridays nights and other baked snacks on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Highly recommended! Love swimming at DC. The team are always friendly, there's coffee and snacks if you want to extend your visit and and chat. It's a great location and I highly recommend it as a place to have a swim. The entry into the lake is a bit steep and I'm always a bit nervous about slipping but once in, it's wonderful. Lovely looking lake, I believe an old quarry. Gets deep fast,I've heard it's gin clear but wasn't when I went. Was the last of the day and probably stirred up a bit. Water temp was 23 degrees and we went in July. Food available there,Pizza ! There are basic changing rooms no showers or change at waters edge, take some flip flops to walk down to the if using changing rooms. There's about a 650m loop and a 400m you can . Easy parking the sat nav did send us to the wrong entrance which I think is still used as a quarry or something but easy to find way to the right one Overall lovely place to ! Great, rustic Sauna and dip in this beautiful gem of a lake Water temp was 4.1’ today and the Sauna a steady 88’ we had a great time Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
