We got a super friendly guide tour. the exhibition is super well organised and a learned a lot of the evolutionary history of the region. A fantastic showing historically significant from Solnhofen including the famous Archeopteryx. Highly recommended to visit and look at all the amazing displayed in the museum. Sehr schönes kleines urzeitliches ,hauptsächlich natürlich von und mit Solnhofener Funden,absolut sehenswert...Zeitaufwand bei mäßigem Interesse 1-1,5 Stunden Super Essen, schöne Plätze im Hinterhof Interessante Ausstellung - sehr verständlich sind die Ausstellungsstücke beschrieben. The is small in size but rich in nicely laid out exhibits and the information provided regarding them (I definitely recommend renting an audio guide). Anyone curious or interested in paleontology will have a pleasant time here. War jetzt schon viele Male mit Geographieklassen dort (11-Jährige, Gymnasium) und habe das Gesamtpaket gebucht: Führung durchs und dann Steinbruch mit Leihwerkzeug. Es war jedes Mal super und hat den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht! Die Führung durch das kleine aber feine ist kurzweilig und macht Lust auf "Selbermachen". Einige der Geschichten zu den Fossilien sind einfach der Hammer. Dann geht es für uns mit dem eigenen Bus 5 Minuten in den Streinbruch, wo dann mit Geologie-Guides nach Versteinerungen gesucht wird. War heute wieder einmal super. Die Crew im und im Steinbruch sind toll und auch bei Planungsänderungen, Verspätungen oder sonstigen Problemen, die einfach bei Schulfahrten passieren, immer freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Lovely small with of the Solnhofen area, with the combination ticket you can go search yourself at the hobby quarry about 2 kilometers away (for the walkers, it's a steep walk up, stock up on drinks in Solnhofen, there's no store until you reach the quarry) C'était magnifique Amazing with incredible on display.
