Where do I begin... the facility is under construction. It is not worth the money to go right now. There is one working room. The therme is not working. The restaurant is not working (if you do not bring food and drinks do not worry, there are vending machines in the lobby that have food and drinks. There is construction that is unrelated to the therme that is loud and and makes the whole atmosphere feel uninviting. I am sure this is a great place when everything works, but for now, spend your money somewhere else. At this point, only the indoor (Hallenbad) was open, the Therme is still under renovation. The slides are good, the jumping towers too and so is the climbing net in the water for the kids. Change rooms are good but a touch cold when coming out of the water. No food or drink available at this point as this part is also still under reservation. Definitely worth a visit with young kids. Great for families even on very busy days. I did find it a bit expensive for a family of four taking into consideration that it’s not the most updated place. We forgot a hat in a locker and called right away but it was already gone. It was the end of the day and not many people left so was pretty disappointed that they couldn’t find it. Update: hat found🙏🏻🙂 thank you customer service Hello, we enjoyed our stay at the thermal area today. Although I wish I had of read the reviews better. The is not family friendly at all. We were guided by reception to take the active family bath area but after a short amount of time my 2 year old was too cold and also myself shivering. So we enquired for the Therme area not understanding the children are adult prices. I was a little shocked at the total price at the end of the day. This was our fault for not looking into it better. A beautiful set up for adults but there are much better family thermal pools set up for children. We would only return as a couple or alone. The pools are great and the staff are really friendly. The renovations have made it even more attractive. I can highly recommend this to visitors to the area! Ticket system in the outdoor has changed. Now you can not just buy a ticket for a one-time entrance only in the open part, you have to pay for all pools. In the outdoor they removed the tile around the edges. The remaining tile adhesive serves a good emery cloth for any unprotected part of the body. My wife has already been injured. Outdoor children's part is still not available. It has become more expensive, less flexible, but nevertheless more dangerous. This was our first and last swim this season. One of the best (and I'm spoiled). Friendly staff, superb massage (again, I'm fussy, especially with massages), was challenging and intense, the lady was very professional and made sure everyone is comfortable. Outdoor area incredibly beautiful. Huge, green lawns and a wooden patio with a warm-ish to cool down in. Restaurant is the only thing that could do with even fresher, healthier food imo (smoothies, salads, bowls, etc.) but was also good still. Review for sauna. Great place! Really beautiful and attractive garden! Solid rituals! They have a working in an old train/tram wagon! Really great interior design - the wooden parts, and the terrace!
