Cellar are beautiful and we loved the explanations the history and the tasting. Italian or Deutsche guided tour are organized upon booking by phone call on Tuesday. Very recommend! Excellent service. Modern wine shop💙💎 💙 Knowing the grape ,you want in your glass make a big difference.🤫APPIUS is just as rich and full as the vintage itself. 2015 is considered to be one of the best vintages of the last decade, evidenced by a harvest of perfectly ripened grapes. Made from carefully selected premium-class grapes, APPIUS 2015 has a solid backbone of Chardonnay grape which has been enhanced by a blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon.  st.valentine pinot noir- among of my favor ones. Merlot ripens early and its grapes are large and thin-skinned. It is susceptible to frost, rot, downy mildew and coloure (shot berries). Merlot tend to be plump and full bodied, with soft fruit flavors. Highly recommend this Winery .
