Among other things they sell canederli, local dish - bread dumplings. I did not personally like them so would not recommend buying it but the is nice anyway This place has a huge variety of meat! Whether it's cow, pork, wild boar or deer! All aged differently! We tasted a variety of meats and all tasted great! Ended up buying a 12 month aged speck, a tenderloin and a deer! While we were not planning at all for this, we ended buying meats, wine and cheese that we ate at the hotel that night.The gentleman behind the counter was more than knowledgeable about his cheeses and really gave us good advice, took the time to stir us in the right direction of what we were looking for.
