Great location with a picturesque view of the port. Service was a bit flaky and cost slightly on the high side compared to the surrounding cafes and bars. I would not return here as other places offer better value and service. Magical views over the sea and harbour. Food i good. We had a fabulous meal late afternoon today. The waiter was a local man, excellent with his attention and service. Wonderful food, we had fresh fish, local icecream , cannot fault it. It isn't cheap, but the location is fabulous too, so I notice some say they would not return as more costly, but the whole experience is what to look at. I wouldn't miss it, find out for yourself. Villaricos is relatively unspoilt with shingly beaches so not your usual highrise, sunbed beaches as in Mojacar. Great service - friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble and the food was excellent and I thought reasonably priced for six of us - and rations were more than enough. Pity they don’t have an email address as my wife left her makeup bag on the table and we have had difficulty contacting them - apart from that - highly recommended Great bar and setting for drinks, not eaten here as not a big choice other than fish but recommend the chill put bar El Faro great setting overlooking the sea. Recomendations: Sardines with seaweed, shellfish-all, very nice fish- depends what they have got delivered from the fishers. Nice view and tranquil setting. Good sellections of white wines.
