Went here to watch my friend's son play in a local Saturday youth league match. It was really good to see so many children of different ages playing in competitive matches and enjoying training sessions. I didn't see inside the sports pavilion but it looks small and functional. There are a couple of tennis courts that children were having lessons on too. The car park was full, with lots of overflow onto a grass area. My only concern was the grass had been left long. I don't know if this is deliberate for youth teams, but it made running harder and passing difficult. It may also have been to hide the roughness of the ground. Took the kids to the little playground I used to play in 40 years ago- pretty much the same! Nice enough. Happy half hour. Great safe playground for smaller children. Plenty of parking. Went for the afternoon jay was fantastic but I found it insulting about 20 before jay ended his gig the band that was due on started tuning up how rude they were needless to say they had no respect for jay yet he was a 1000 times better than them .so out of disgust I went home after jay finished. I enjoy playing Tennis here as there is a good vibrant club but there is also Football pitches, a pavilion and more. Visited the park to watch my granddaughter play football for Wincanton so cannot comment to much about the park. I've never been here, but am leaving a review because I'm fed up being asked by Google to leave a review for this place just because I drive by it every other day!... From the road it looks like any other park - I'm sure it's great!! Use the club as a skittle team member. Very impressed by the staff and the atmosphere Sports club with multiple facilities, which include an archery field. Went here for a football match was a nice area, some of the park equipment was broken. Easy to get too and ample parking. Was a great day out, music was great the few stalls they had were good. The cake and cup cake stall was delicious as was the hot dog stall. Needed more bar space and staff and more toilets for the amount of people that turned up. But all in all a great day out. Nice Quiet place, but it is prone to flooding Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
