First time at the Princess in Burnham on sea. A great venue. Discovered a car park behind the premises after parking in the street. Speaking with the usher turns out there's loads of bands and events here. I went to the Bowie experience. It was amazing. Highly recommend anyone seeing this show. In the venue there's toilets a bar however not many seats or tables in the bar area. The room the show was on had loads of seating. A row at the front at ground level with the rest on multiple levels and a stair case on the middle. Staff were brilliant and the evening overall was great. Nice Theatre. Not massive. Clean tidy. Nice seats. Lots of car parks nearby there No parking at the theatre. Friendly staff. Nice café/bar. Attend the theatre on a regular basis to watch a variety of performances. The ones put on by B.E.E.S (local theatre group) are always very professional and enjoyable. The seats are slightly uncomfortable but bearable for the show duration and the toilets are spotless. Very small seats. But the Adult Panto was out of this world, just fantastic. Nice cafe inside and lovely staff Popped along to meet a friend for lunch. Free parking made it a winning location. The cafe area was well kept and had a lovely atmosphere with original artwork up on display and for sale. The have a good range of items on the menu, from an all day breakfast, to toasties and jacket potatoes and cake. Tea and coffee and other soft drink options are available as well all priced very reasonably. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend supporting the cafe here. Just been to see King Alfred school academy production of Sister Act. It was like a professional show. Absolutely brilliant! Well done to all those involved and the Princess theatre for putting it on. Wonderful stuff! Great welcome as I got asked for my tickets to see the new Jersey Boys. I had a brilliant time. There was the possibility to get some soft drinks, ice cream, and a small range of alcohol. Great seating with the whole environment beautifully set. A must for locals and tourists alike. Saw ABBA Tribute band, it’s the second time I’ve seen them. Fantastic night as always. Definitely recommend going to see them. You can hire the hall for private functions, there is a bar and is wheelchair accessible Staff helpful. Bar leaves a bit to be desired, lots of bottles of the least popular lager. Theatre sound very good. View from seat good. Seating is a little compact but comfortable. Whilst it is not the biggest theatre, we had a brilliant time. We watched Mother Goose panto.
