A quaint little harbor, left from olden days. Very scenic. Like a relict from another time. Both sides of the canal are lined with bats, cafés and restaurants. A super day trip from Hamburg, easy to reach with the S Bahn. Highly recommend to any Hamburg visitor. And the old town of Stade is another highlight, full of beautiful sights and shops to explore. Beautiful Christmas markets! It is always a delight to visit this place. It is full of history and there are many lovely restaurants around. There is a museum and a block away are many lovely shops as well. Overall, Stade fascinates me not only because of its abundance in fruits but also because it is so near Hamburg and yet so not overcrowded with tourists. Ancient place, very nice. This is beautiful and nicely preserved. Nice cosy place to eat or have a few drinks near the water. Fills up quiet well during the weekends, take that into account! Small town , with old German architecture Beautiful an cozy place for a beer by the sun Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
