It is hard to believe there is such stylish high-end cusine in this area, as it is most common to more traditional Catalan cuusine. You have a -very imaginative named- a la carte menu and then you can go for a gastronomic set menú that includes few starters, main to choose and desserts to chose for 35€. Everything was extremely good and very well presented. There is also a kids menu for 13€. They do accept dogs at the terrace (which I prefer if the weather allows. Incredible restaurant. If it was in a major city it would cost double or triple and you would need to book months in advanced. That place is a gem. Innovative dishes that got me to find new tastes and their combinations I would have never thought of. Scallops are amazing, the entire dish comes together greatly and the scallops themselves are just perfectly cooked, melting in the mouth. Entrecote steak is a solid portion of meat with its bone. Three different saucesake every bite exciting as you cycle through the sauces and mix them. I should add that sauces are served with a brush on a plate that imitates tool of an artist - very nice touch. Please take into account that this is a big portion (400g). High level of taste is kept also with desserts. There is a classic cheesecake that is delicious but there are also choices that offer bold new tastes. I would strongly recommend this place and advice everyone to go ahead and try dishes that offer intriguing flavour combinations. This is one of those little restaurants situated in a place you wouln't expect for the level of quality. The food is so good and the service so impeccable, one would expect a high price; guess what: prices are very good. I mean: in a little village, far from touristic and crowded places, I wouldn't expect such a surprisingly good food and service. It is worth the travel there. Really great food and service! At the same time, you can enjoy your meal in an informal setting on the terrace, coming from the campground, without having to worry about your appearance. Camodevanol was the last place we expected to find a restaurant like this. We had the menu de degustacion and a bottle of the local red. Both were excellent, as was the pre dinner drinks (cinnamon in a G&T totally works) the to-die-for dessert wine and the orujo digestif. The scallops, beef and white chocolate sauce were the ultra standouts of a memorable meal. The waiter was just great too.
