Love the atmosphere- never been to chiringuito in the village before. The food smelled and looked lovely, but we could only have olives and a drink because it requires prior booking. The place is awesomly airy and cozy - it seems you are in a country canteen but actually the service is quite professional and the food first class. I tried chuleta de ternera, but after a small chat with the owner, I wish I got chuleta de vaca. We went to the restaurant without reservation. They were top and found a solution for us to eat a fabulous chuleton. The best Spanish restaurant I, as a Portuguese, have ever visited. And, besides all the rest, I and my wife, we were treated/received as King & Queen! Five stars are not enough, I would give at least 10 :) Amazing food(quality meat, olive oils, wine & desserts), memorable place, love the surroundings and the view. Definitely will be back! We came by chance and never regret - the food, the atmosphere, the way they treat the guest - 10 out of 10, indeed 5 is not enough. We ordered chuletón best of what I’ve had in Spain for last 7 years! Tostas withs sardina ahumado to die for (I’m sorry we ate 2 out of 4 too quickly 🫣) We took a bottle of local wine which was advised and was also a 100% bingo. Antonio - the owner- gave us the card and we can’t wait to order the pear desert as soon as they put it on production. Indeed it’s a hidden gem ❤️ many years of prosperity!
