With very few tourists, it felt like a hidden gem ✨—quiet paths, lovely views over the town and valley 🌄, and a relaxing atmosphere. Even without going inside, the setting makes it worth a stop. 🙌 Will definitely come back next time with family. Small but beautiful castle. Located at the hill top, you can get very beautiful view of the town from the terrace garden. Very well maintained garden area with nicely trimmed lush green grass. It was a very refreshing walk here. Very peaceful to sit and enjoy the view. We love it here. Not many people, always windy and shatten because of the trees. It is a large area with a large garden at different levels You can enjoy the small town as well, ice cream shop is our favorite. In Christmas time, there is a small Christmas market as well in front of the castle that you may enjoy. An absolut hidden Gem, never destroyed with all the historical layers a castle/palace needs. The interiors so fascinating and divers. The festive Orangerie… I just loved it. The gardens extremely well kept and beautifully arranged. My personal palace discovery of this year. The only bummer, you can’t take photos from the inside. A policy that should change since you could advertise the palace much better. :) Amazing place, nice gardens, rich history. Here is a hotel to stay. Beautifull guide which give us explanation and answers!!!! Nice Parks and Castle Area, been a few times and its usually very clean. Also has classic concerts in the summer. Definetly best place in Weilburg for a nice view. Weiburg Castle is a truly romantic and graceful place, full of charm and elegance. The architecture is stunning, and the gardens are absolutely extraordinary — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a dreamy walk. A five-star experience all around! I had a lovely visit today, with Nicole as my guide. Although she was a trainee, she was able to translate information in English (I am Australian) , and provide insight into the Schloss' history. Her gentle approach made the tour relaxing.
