Other than that, everything is really excellent. I had an extremely disappointing experience with our instructor, Ricardo. We booked a one-hour lesson for a group of three, but unfortunately, we arrived just a few minutes before the lesson without having rented equipment yet. It took us about 30 minutes just to rent the gear and get set up, which already cut our lesson time in half. It was our first time, and we made that clear to Ricardo. However, instead of being patient and guiding us properly, he was incredibly impatient and unhelpful. I personally struggled more than my friends, and rather than encouraging me, he got frustrated and annoyed. Every time I fell, he seemed irritated instead of actually trying to help. He made me feel completely uncomfortable and ruined what should have been a fun and exciting experience. If you're a beginner looking for a supportive and professional instructor, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This was hands down one of the worst lessons I’ve ever had!
