Four stars are deserved and enjoyed.. if you know the best time window to visit it. During weekends I'd strongly recommend visiting the SPA early in the morning (from 9:30 am) and staying until 4:00 pm. I'll rate the based on the timing above.. Facilities are moderately well maintained and clean, and the staff is nice and welcoming. Several types of saunas are available, and other rooms and different inside / outside swimming pools are ready to be enjoyed. Starting from 3:00 pm, the number of people entering the SPA is so overbooked in comparison with the size and capacity of the common places and Spa rooms that the turns poor and unpleasant. Both lunch proposals (silver and gold) are overrated and overpriced in any case: 24€ or 30€ for basic meals with poor quality and preparation. It's really nice to go in the morning. It's also a great getaway for a day, and it offers some extra health rituals that are interesting. We had the gold packet, which included robe, towel, tote and slippers, the whole day entrance, a health ritual, and "all included" lunch meal. For lunch, you only get one hour for a buffet and one hot plate. Access to wine and water that you serve yourself. Coffee and dolce included. The food was ok. Had a great here. Totally worth the money. It has many types of saunas and sauna events. Jacuzzi pool, fitness studio, massages, and bar. Very helpful and friendly staff. Visit in the morning for a great view. We had a nice time here, spent probably 3-4 hours here including a 1 hour candle massage, the massage was nice but was more of a rub than a massage. If you are looking for any kind of pressure maybe go for a different option, although it was very relaxing. The jacuzzis and outdoor baths are excellent. Food and drinks are of a very low quality, although the service staff are really professional and good. Bring your own toiletries. Save money and bring your own slippers and bathrobe. Overall it is worth visiting as it is less crowded than QC Terme, and the baths and sauna are great, but don’t eat or have drinks there. I used to visit the spa once per year and it is really sad seeing that the quality of the service has constantly decreased. The felt overpriced for what was provided. It cost 55 euros with an aperitivo included, but several amenities were out of order. The hot tub in the main was broken, half of the jacuzzi in the center of the area wasn't working, and the monsoon room and aroma shower were also unavailable. Additionally, last year they had a tea station for hydration throughout the spa, but now there's only a single water fountain for the entire facility. Not sure if it's a lack of funding that's preventing proper maintenance, but the price certainly doesn't justify the experience. Prezzi chiosco interno davvero alti e servirebbero più addetti nelle giornate di afflusso per controllare che le persone non occupino come descritto dai cartelli , le postazioni relax con teli, purtroppo non vi era uno spazio per sedersi ma tante sdraie occupate da teli.. inoltre in un posto dove si da per rilassarsi c'è davvero troppo caos.. We were really looking forward to visiting this spa as the photos & facilities looked fantastic! However… - Even though we booked a time slot, we still had to line up for an hour outside to even enter. - The spa was dirty, noisy and far too busy. - No one was managing spa etiquette, so the whole was not relaxing at all. Despite being holiday season, it was not too crowded. The price is a bit high and the selection at the internal bar could be improved. The pools, various rooms, and ceremonies are great, and so are the resting areas. Overall recommended! It would be a shame to put a completely bad review for one sigle person, that is why I decided to put 3 starts because is still a good place with a good price (mon-Fri). The most interesting ceremony is called Aufguss, which I recommend to try. HOWEVER, it is a shame that after a relaxing day for 9 minutes after 9:30 that I am drying my hair a girl from the staff name Greta comes with an attitude to tell as to get out… La struttura sia palestra e sia la zona spa merita molta più manutenzione e maggiore pulizia, le docce zona uomini è penosa con flussi di acqua bollente tiepida e quasi fredda, fatto notare più volte ma senza risultato Se state cercando relax state lontani da questa struttura Oggi ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere del tempo in questa spa e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Le aree erano molto pulite, la piscina impeccabile e l’ambiente ben curato in generale. Il personale alla reception è stato molto gentile e accogliente, rendendo l’arrivo ancora più piacevole. Anche il servizio ristorazione è stato organizzato molto bene, con un’ottima offerta di cibo che ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. L’unica pecca che ho notato riguarda il rumore nelle aree dedicate al relax. Purtroppo, alcune stanze sono separate solo da tende e altre sono completamente aperte, il che fa sì che i rumori esterni possano facilmente arrivare dentro, compromettendo un po’ l’atmosfera di tranquillità che si cerca in questi spazi. Questo potrebbe risultare fastidioso per chi desidera rilassarsi completamente. Nonostante questa piccola nota, nel complesso l’esperienza è stata eccellente e consiglio sicuramente di visitare questa spa!
