Looks good on paper - it has a pool, lakeside restaurant, accommodation and fishing. In reality, the outside pool is not heated, the is serving 3 days old cabbage salad that had gone bad, the smell in the room is awful (coming from the sewers) and fishing was not successful. Too bad, as it's a nice location and has potential but it's all improvised and pretty expensive at that (meal for 2 people - 90 Ron, pool entry - 70 ron/person, room - 250/night and fishing around 70 ron/day). Extremely disappointing, do not recommend. This is a review for the restaurant. Since the road was restored and accesible with a normal car, few things have changed: the teracce is bigger, the waiters are trying their best on being nice with the customers although they are always on the run - the waiting time is longer, the prices went really high (like in a downtown restaurant) even though the menu is the same. The food is good, and the sorroundings are worth seing, especially during a bike ride. Lovely chill place Am comandat o ciorbă de burtă și vaca încă mai dădea din picioare. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who has phobia for spiders or other insects which can be found in your room, below the bed, on the bed, above the bed, in the shower. The room full of dust everywhere. The economic light bulb was flashing each 5-6 seconds all night. No warm water available in the evening or morning. The food was ... meh, good enough. This is just about the restaurant! I really like this place. Prices are a little bit high, but it's fine when you think of it's position in the middle of nature. They have no drinks menu and don't know what they serve. We did not get what we ordered. After several adjustments, we ate some overpriced average food. We did not have the pacience for desert and asked for the bill. She came and asked us what we ordered, so she can bill us. Cash only. There are three waitresses, not that many tables and still they were running around asking which table ordered soup, then fries and so on. Lake looks nice. Grabe a sandwich and avoid the restaurant. Horrible...We sat at the for 25 minutes until we got a menu. After 15 minutes, a friend went in and asked if someone can come and take our order or if should we give the order inside. She was told to wait at the table because someone will come to get our order. After another 15 minutes we just left because if we had to wait 55 minutes and they didn't even get our order we can just imagine how much time they'd need to fix us the food... No hot water every time I wanted to use it (it has to be "made" to be hot), TV does not work in any room, very poor internet, access to the pool included in the price, but still one day we would ask for it money on the grounds that there is a lot of people, a bulb in a bathroom with problems, you can get a boat but actually only about a quarter of the lake, for the rest is fishing, poor quality food but high prices. There are only work 2 people who run everywhere and do not keep up, wait until you see them somewhere if you need them; but the staff is friendly until I say that the price on web is one and they say another one. This is only for the restaurant. 0 (ZERO!) customer service. Absolutely appalling. Rude and aggressive staff - from the waiter to the chef who came out from behind the grill to make his point. Very good food, friendly staff I was there with my baby, and do not recommend this place because is very dirty, the bedroom is very small, we could not use the little bad for the baby. The place is under construction and the grass is not cut off.
