Very experience, the rooms are exceptional— large, comfortable, and packed with cutting-edge smart features that made my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Free parking and breakfast which was your typical European breakfast of meat cheese eggs and bread/ pastry. I’ve never been treated so well at a hotel by the employees before. November 2024. Absolutely shocking place. We are tourists visiting for thr untold festival and eas recommended to come here. We were served by an extremely unpleasant lady at the reception who didnt explain anything and just took pur money. We went down to the and there was no where for us to sit together. The place was full of screaming kids. We immediately left and went back to reception to ask for a refund having not spent a single minute here. The man and lady in the were so rude and said dont come back here and after initially refusing to refund said this is normal practice in Romania. Then the lady threw the money on the desk. Absolutely shocking and disgusting professional behaviour from the rude at reception They didn't even offer to accommodate us or anything. We obviously will not be returning and will go back to OXYGEN where we were served with exceptional service. We DONT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS PLACE AT ALL! Simply awesome! I attended a business event at Wonderland Feleacu and was truly impressed! The conference hall was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with everything needed for a professional event. The was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The atmosphere was both sophisticated and inspiring, making it a perfect location for networking and productive discussions. Although I didn’t stay at the hotel, the overall experience was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this venue for corporate events or special gatherings. A truly 5-star experience! I recomand & congratulate the owners! I've never seen a place with quite a beautiful scenery as that of wonderland. It's totally out of town in a quiet and hill side. Very, very poor customer service, the food order takes 2 hours for a crispy, and it was end of season and not many people at the pool. So, eat home, order a glovo or anything, but not the service. We had our wedding at Wonderland Cluj Resort – Primera Hall, and it was truly unforgettable! 💍✨ The venue is absolutely stunning, with elegant interiors and breathtaking surroundings that made our special day feel like a fairytale. The was kind, professional, and always one step ahead. They helped everything run smoothly from start to finish. Our guests were impressed by the atmosphere, the food, and the whole experience. Thank you, Wonderland, for being such a magical part of our big day! We will always remember it with joy. ❤️ I was there on Saturday, and the receptionist at the spa wasn't very nice. Welcomes paying guests reluctantly and answers every question with a bored "yes" , no explanation, no mood. The place is very beautiful. I had a very time here. at the highest level. A special mention for John, who served delicious coffee every morning and told wise and life-like stories. I booked the only left for my mom’s birthday, a simple one, but the went above and beyond: once they found out it was her birthday, they upgraded her to a 5-star at no extra cost. My mom was impressed by everything. The room, the entire resort and the were absolutely incredible. I had also asked for flowers and a card, and they took care of everything before I even had the chance to pay. You truly live up to your name, Wonderland, Cluj! Ionut, our event manager, took very care of our group. Our conference was always well prepared and everything was served on time. He was also able to make some very last minute miracle changes, to make us happy. I recommend the camp fire, for groups its very very nice, artistic and fun. The venue is amazing, especially the accommodation in Grande Vista, the food was delicious and sufficient, the was great. Everyone had a time, young and old.
