Yolka is a bit a challenge to find if you don't know: you have to go through a passage, go to the first floor before to know the bar is there. But it deserve to search! The bar is in the center of Cluj, but kind of hidden. No big obvious signs and entry through a backyard. Initially my wife wanted to turn around, but we were compensated by the ambiente and music.
