Staff talks very rude to customers (when we arrived and the place was still empty, they told us in a very rude way that we cannot sit at a table for 5 minutes). They sold way to many tickets for the event, many more that the place can physically handle. There is no place to move, to breathe, we are squeezed together, peope are bumping into each other all the time. With all the safety and fire regulations, this cannot be a safe place to be, I cannot imagine how we could evacuate the place in a timely manner in case of an emergency, without any casualties. On every online space it was marketed as starting at 19:00. I did assume it will start later, I accounted for 1-1:30 hour margin. Going with family of elders and kids, we booked a table as well. They never mentioned anything during that interaction that the would be very late. Day of the I find out that it will start at 22:00, 3 hours later and that the table reservation is only valid if you are there at 19:00.
