I haven't used their service, but the mechanic was very kind as I asked his help to find some pedal pins in the store, which he went and searched for himself. One of the young guys at the counter with glasses was immensely helpful, well informed and very polite. Maros Bike's new location on Aurel Vlaicu is amazing! Got a simple the day before on a 3 speed. Now the chain falls off every 150m. Otherwise prices are cheap and the staff is friendly. Entered the shop with one faulty speed and exited with a broken bike. The wheel exploded right when I came to pick up the bike. Update 2: Went to get this fixed and found out a sales person not a mechanic tried to fix it and that was the reason behind the issue. Came back home and found a crack in the rim now there are 2 options here. 1 it was cracked before it entered the shop in which case the sales guy "mechanic" should have informed me beforehand and suggested a rim change. Or 2 It cracked when they worked on it. Don't know but either way the 1 star review still holds. Worst in town. Added another photo and downgraded to 1 star. See photo I ordered a pair of tires for my new bicycle. The product was supposed to arrive after 2 weeks, they said on the site. The next day i received a phone call, they wanted to make sure i am aware of the for the delivery. After another couple of days i received another phone call were they announced me that the order is already on the courier on the way to me. The next day i had de tires. They act quickly, i like that they called me and keep me posted. I strongly recommend them! It's not my first order, every they act professional. All things are really well labeled. The store is huge! Most of the people working there(if not all) are experts who've worked in the industry for dozens of year. The prices are pretty good too. The sheer multitude of things on sale gives you, the buyer, the needed versatility when working with bikes. They helped refund something bought from buyer's error, with no faul of its own, easy and fast, at full price. All in all, a very friendly and versatile place. Professional store. I bought a Woom 4 for my daughter with some accessories. The parcel arrived next day. Everything as ordered and expected. Thank you! Friendly staff. Great affordable prices. NU RECOMAND ACEASTA FIRMA. We visited the store based on several recommendations, looking to buy a for our almost 3-year-old. The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and guiding us through the options. They assembled the for us on the spot and offered a variety of accessories to go with it. We even received an extra discount, despite the already being on sale. I was also really impressed by their wide selection of bikes, they had something for everyone. I definitely recommend this store. Never again. People who work there are confused, they are not familiar with their own system 5 stars (and a half). Many accessories are discounted(price friendly) even during season. Cube brand prices are competitive when compared to Europe's largest shops. Real membership program supplementary discounts based on aggregate past purchases. Am dus o bicicleta la reparat si am plecat cu una noua, plus accesorii. Si eu nici macar nu voiam bicicleta noua. Totul e super aici , oameni de calitate și personal drăguț, recomand cu încredere is catastrophic, they keep your for very long time. Don’t understand what’s the point to keep our bikes for weeks in their instead of making an appointment so you can bring the 1-2 days before is scheduled for you. Instead they keep for more than 2-3 weeks and you can not use your bike. They promised in my case 1 week and after 2 weeks and 2 days my is still not serviced sitting there on their shelf 🙁. I think this could be improved a lot!
