In the room, apart from generous free drinks, loving details such as binoculars for nature observation. The bathroom of the latest standard, the breakfast varied and for every taste. Attentive room service and breakfast service, less attentive normal restaurant service. But the restaurant business was very well received, without a table reservation it gets tight. We didn't have to wait long before we were seated (group of 15) and got served our drinks. They served one wrong drink and forgot one meal all together. Unfortunately this was a meal that had to be prepared in the oven so that took quite some time. The fries were excellent. Side salad was fresh and crispy with a nice dressing. Meatballs and the stew were bland, wouldn't recommend. I can surely recomment this place to have a great lunch. If you like meatballs, please ask for Luikse Balletjes, you won't be disappointed. I didn't stay in the Hotel so no feedback regadring that... I sent an email asking if the Brasserie/Bar was open on Sunday's,as I wanted to arrive on a Sunday, and if I could book a room ! The automatic reply system said 24/48hrs in order to get an answer ???? I mean really, a Hotel restaurant not being able to answer an email within a couple of hours ?? Absurd! 52hrs later, I still have not heard from these people ! I am going elsewhere ! I must now update this review ,as there was a "technical issue" with the email, and both Nicolas and Christophe(the owners) contacted me to offer their sincerest apologies. The situation has been resolved and we are going to stay at Mont Rigi this coming weekend, and it's location,which is well known to us is very beautiful, and the rooms look good,and restuarant/menu, we are excited to try . . .
