We’ve played a lot of before, but this one was by far the best! It was incredibly interactive, full of clever twists, and didn’t follow all the usual predictable patterns. We were engaged from start to finish and loved every minute. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the even better. Plus, it was easy to find with plenty of free parking right outside. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back! We attended with our 9 year old daughter and we absolutely had the best time! Kevin was super welcoming, and encouraging. The puzzle (Abandon Ship) was amazing, a fantastic mixture of puzzles, lock, combinations to get everyone involved. The attention to detail within the was outstanding! We could not ask for a better and would highly this location over any others! Last we did Abandon Ship, which we really enjoyed. This we decoded a nuclear reactor, in AI Apocalypse. The rooms, and were awesome. We got to meet the owner, Kevin, too. His passion for this place is awesome, and he's a lovely guy! We can't wait to come back and try the third when it opens! 😁 We had an as a family of 4 at the 'Abandon Ship' room. Rhys was really helpful in providing my 2 younger children (aged 5 and 7) an additional age appropriate challenge to keep them occupied whilst we solved some of the harder puzzles. We were all totally immersed in the experience. Lots for both adults to solved and a great variety of problems to solve. Felt very crystal maze - industrial zone. Loved every second and cannot wait to go back to have a go at one of their other soon. Highly recommend!!! We were staying in the area so decided to give the AI takeover a go - so glad we did as absolutely fantastic. The decoration around the was great and the snacks/drinks were a great touch. We really enjoyed this and we have been to some others in Cardiff and Newport. This we were doing it for our daughters birthday with 3 of her friends. We did the abandon ship and the kids found it interactive enough but it could be improved with a few more interactive bits and props. We really liked that we had a personalised aspect to the quiz and a Polaroid photo to take away at no extra charge. It was really easy to book online and there were knowledgeable staff to greet us. We recently visited Puzzled Cardiff with a group of 12-year-olds for a birthday party , and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From start to finish, everything was prepared with such care and attention to detail. The room’s theme Abandoned Ship was immersive, the were engaging and age-appropriate, and every clue was cleverly crafted to keep the kids excited and thinking. One of the most impressive aspects for us was that Abandon Ship is wheelchair accessible and layout allowed easy navigation.The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that everyone could participate and enjoy the adventure equally. The game masters were fantastic—supportive, friendly, and great at providing just the right amount of guidance to keep the kids on track without giving away too much. It was wonderful to see them working together, solving puzzles, and feeling a real sense of achievement when they completed the room!
