Fabulous softplay place for young children of all ages. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit and watch the children play. Refreshments, drinks and hot food available at reasonable prices. Great place for children's parties. Highly recommended. What a lovely place for children to play. Lovely, friendly who are happy to help & welcoming. There is an excellent under 4s section with climbing areas, slides, ball pit and more. There's a ball court for to in & a much larger climbing for with lots to do. Plenty of seating & a good reasonably priced menu. Toilets with baby change. It was clean & tidy and I would deffinately reccomend this play. Every time I come here I receive amazing service, I go here quite often with a kid I look after Lots to do for the little ones and adults too 🤣 And the hot chocolate isnon point Very welcoming and I felt very good when we had been appointed free table we could sit by. Facilities are good and very entertaining for my 5 year old boy. One price on arrival and unlimited stay, which is very rare nowadays. Good choice of food and drinks at rhe café. Would definitely go back there. I been bringing my son here for years ..I'm always impressed by the politeness of and quality of the food ...the prices from food to the softplay itself is more that adequate...my son honestly loves it here It's an alright for Bridgend, but the place seems to be showing signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness is definitely lacking, and it looks like many of the older, positive reviews no longer reflect its current state. The venue could really benefit from some upkeep and improvements. Also, just a heads-up: there seemed to be no heating, so it was quite cold inside—we had to keep our jackets on. Lots of different sections for the children to in for and younger kids. 1st time going there, it was a Sunday and was packed. Firstly thoughts was that it was freezing in there, so not suitable for babies or toddlers unless wrapped up like they would be outdoors. The itself was visibly dirty, dust clumps everywhere and dirt and dust in-between the blocks. My daughter's socks and leggings were filthy after being there for only 40 mins. in the baby and toddler playing which makes it unsafe for little ones to crawl or walk around. They only had 1 member for the whole venue by the looks of it, but it definitely needs at least a member monitoring the little ones and the ones too. Amazing time at landing’s with my son’s birthday party. Didn’t need to worry about doing anything other than the cake, they sorted the food and part bags, it was so easy for me. My son and all the had an absolute blast. We booked the private that was straight after school in a Friday, which worked well for alot of parents too! Charge for newborn babies in car seats that cannot even use facilities absolute madness. rude Food is tasty Parking is a nightmare Good value for money. are great and really helpful. Couldn’t use the baby as it was full of kids, tried sitting in the ball pit with my 6 month old and got pelted with balls by kids. Spent less than 15 mins there as I couldn’t physically use the facilities. Place is filthy dirty, mounds of dust between the play, ball pit balls were covered in muck, feet sticking to floor. Will never go again Place is filthy. Baby full of - son got knocked over within a minute of going in - when asked about age limit was told there's no age limit on any of the frames! How can they allow 10 year olds to amongst babies?! Left after 15 minutes - refused a refund or return entry - member of (Paul) completely rude - told us he would be happy if we never returned! Never again As much as it is fun for the it is expensive. Understandably the rise in everything. However there is no heating absolutely freezing in there. I needed a hot water bottle, couldn't feel my toes etc. Also when the clean up started and they mopped they didn't put any signs up so my kid a big slip as he didn't know the floor was wet I booked my son’s 1st birthday here, the equipment and sensory room were incredible. However I did not expect them to be so busy when I booked the I understand you can completely have the venue to yourself however didn’t see the need for a 1st birthday for 10 children. It was ram packed with another literally 2 tables away as well as open to the public! it was so unorganised we waited an hour for the “unlimited” juice which I had to go up twice and ask for, I would not recommend having a here unless you have the venue to yourself. When addressing this with their the response was this is our policy and how we do it. Very unorganised and unprofessional. Used to love bringing my here but it's absolutely filthy there. We went the other day and the amount of dust is on everything like the slide and when you go right up the top bit theres dust on the poles, the ball pitt doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months and the toilets were really gross. If they had a cleaner, it would be a lovely place as it was years ago Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
