Absolutely tasteless. Interior is stupendously kitschy and trashy with massive golden picture frames inside which are TVs with endless loop of restaurant commercial and on top of that there are RGB LEDs all over the place. Ridiculous. Very nice and cozy place. I liked it. Party was great. Food is not on so high level. If you want to have breakfast there you won't leave hungry, but I don't recommend staying overnight. The rooms are bitterly cold. Much colder than comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioner was broken so we couldn't use it to heat the room..I slept in a sweater. There was only hot water in the morning.A big minus according to me. The staff was really kind and the food was ok but the overall impression isn't satisfying. Their service was excellent and the food was TOP! I got to experience some of Serbia’s best foods. The place overall is beautiful. I recommend staying at the hotel if you ever come down to Novi Sad. I promise that you won’t regret it! 💗 Crazy expensive for literally no reason, food is mid at best, portion sizes are on the smaller side, no sides only a bit of salad, not everything from the menu was made and the chocolate 'cake' slice was so small and disappointing. Very friendly and welcoming staff members! The director of the hotel was excellent and made sure that everything went great by circling around and greeting everyone. Food was delicious, music (one of the most energetic music bands I have heard) and party were very fun! My family and I will be back for sure!!
