This tourist office is located just off the main north-south street, Ave. du Marechal Foch that runs through the city of Lourdes. It is just across the street from the historic Palais des Congres building and is open from 9am to 12.30pm (morning) and 2pm to 6pm (afternoon). Closed on Sundays. We recently stopped here for information about driving south of Lourdes into the Pyrenese Mountains. The desk help was very nice and showed us main driving routes and three popular destinations, describing well in English what we could expect to do and see while there. It made it much easier to plan a driving day trip out of Lourdes into the mountains a couple days later. A large tourist brochure booklet with maps was provided for free. The service is always with a smile, making you feel very welcome. The last visit was in May 2024 regarding bus card and service was excellent by Dianne and her team mates.
