Amazing. Well worth a visit, in fact it is worth doing a detour just to this park. The displays just get better as you walk further around the park. range of to see and the keepers are really friendly and willing to share their knowledge. All the ones I spoke to had very English too. The cafe that is half way is very too. The only area that required a bit of effort was a steep climb to see the mountain type goats, but this path is optional. Not expensive either. I will definitely go again! Very Zoo with a very layout. You even get some views. A lot of can be seen without any fences. The zoo is clean and well maintained. A reduction for bigger famalies would be a feature. It's quite expensive. Wooow!! 🎉🎉🎉 This is a animal 🥰 huge territory, different animals. There is a place where you can play with goats. And a cage to play with birds😻😍 so and relaxing💓 I loved to watch bears, they are so beautiful ❤️ my kids fell in love with a family of wolves 🌟 This is a place to spend your time alone or with family😉 I am sure you will love it too, 🤗 welcome 🥰 zoo for kids and adults alike! The is divided into a longer path (with quite a high slope, so not recommended to people with limited mobility and very young kids-unless you go with strollers, total duration around 2 hours) and a shorter path (on a less high slope, so quite accessible to everybody, and it takes about 1.5 hours). Restaurants and toilets are both available at the entrance and inside the zoo (midway). You can feed the marmots and birds, which were really awesome. You can rent strollers at the entrance. If you plan to more than once within a year, take the annual pass which costs the same as two entrance fees, so it's a really deal. Amazing with a variety of animals, some you can even see up close. Very few visitors, shaded areas, lots of information provided. Highly enjoyable both for adults and children. Absolutely worth the visit! We stayed overnight in one of the lodges. What an amazing experience. The parc is very clean and tidy, with well cared for animals. It is not very easy for people with disabilities. as the paths can be very steep. Awesome animal park! One of the best zoos we have been to. It isn’t very large (we stayed about 3 hours) but you have a lot of closeness and interaction with the animals. We could feed goats and have birds land on our arms. The ticket is a little on the pricy side (20 euros for adults) but it’s worth it. There is a restaurant inside and the parking is free. Also beware that when you go in, all exit of the zoo is definitive. The also seem to be well cared for which is great. The whole in a natural environment with mountains behind you is just cream on the top! Let’s start with the bad… it was immediately clear the largest of the bears was very unhappy. He paced back and forth continuously for the visit. This is an obvious sign of stress, boredom, or unnatural confinement. The environment they’re in is actually tiny for 3 bears, it clearly does not meet their physical or mental needs. The bears looked bored to death. This was really sad to see and made me feel guilty purchasing a ticket to support this. The red panda looked equally as bored. Pacing back and forth across the fence of his cage. These were the standouts but I am sure a lot of the other were feeling the same way. I wouldn’t say it’s a but more of a zoo… I think if people are to have animal parks they need to be huge with maximum space for each animal for it to be humane. To be fair, and the reason for 2 stars, it is a pretty and a walk around, I can see they have made an effort with the enclosures that they do have. But for most it clearly isn’t enough space. I’m reading reviews about the bears dating back years ago, so they have already been pacing for years and years. I don’t know how the staff can watch that and feel ok with themselves… the cafes and the gift shop were and the ranges of foods and fresh smoothies were good. I hate to leave a bad review but I can’t watch unhappy animals. The first time I thought it was just because they were hungry, but I went back a second time with my husband a few days later and they were pacing in the same spots in the exact same manor. Do better, please!!!! Maybe change their habitats to keep them mentally stimulated. Or buy more land, or get rid of the that are depressed and send them somewhere they will have the habitats they need. 😞 Really park. Lots of to see and a walk around it. Not sure about the initial exhibit of stuffed animals.
