Superb stay, both Katie and Bob were very helpful indeed and we’re always on hand to assist. Hot tub was superb and managed to catch some pretty huge fish. Just back from a short 4 night break with friends. Our lodge had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Despite the coldish weather the hot tub was fantastic. Plenty to see around the area great pub food available. The site is well organised and kept very tidy. Great stay. Lodges are run down and very basic ours had doors hanging, diry pans, chair backs loose a hot tub with algae and only 2 working jets. Worst was the bo smell in the bed and urine in the en suite. We had to leave early as started to feel unwell It's a shame about the toilets on this site. The ladies were disgusting. I wouldn't use the showers and had to mop the floor before I could use the toilet. The men's were better. The pitches were great with plenty of room but unfortunately because of the toilets I won't be going back again. The management need to go and look at them.
