Seating close allows parents to monitor the kids, a nice cafe and not over priced and the bring the drinks to your table if there is any wait. The lady with the whistle is very good at getting the to listen and organised when dealing with 30 plus screaming. I'd recommend going here! Visited On a weekday so can't say how it is on weekends but was a experience. Small but , had to ring doorbell to get in then was greeted and told the rules. Stayed with 1 year old for nearly 2 hours had some food (no complaints) and a coffee or 2. Better than jungleland or big places like that, would highly recommend. We booked this place for our son's 5th a little while ago. Everything was great, food, equipment, coffees for parents, etc. areas are always as noisy as a rock concert, this one no different. Using a whistle is actually a brilliant way to get everyone's attention. However it seems to upset grownups that should know better rather than the kids. Well done, keep it up. Found this place on the off chance through Google and being close to where I live I thought we would give it a go! Really nice staff, coffee was very decent and ordered food which was really nice too. Not at all expensive, seems to be you only pay for the ( not adults ) and the setup is for the little ones to explore and play! Happy I found this place, will be back! Easily the best soft in Telford Wow, we've just had a here today and every aspect was perfect! We were greeted by friendly and given a clear itinerary of the order of things and asked our choices. The were friendly and attentive and the place was ideal for and very clean. Drinks and snacks are available and are very reasonably priced. As parents it gave us the opportunity to enjoy the day and not have to run around organising each part. We are so grateful that the whole experience was amazing and chatting to the owners afterwards really showed they do this for the love of it. We were even helped to the car with the gifts afterwards by the as they really go the extra mile. A big thank you from ourselves and Francesca for making her day so special. The golden ticket was the icing on the cake! My partner and I would like to say an enormous thank you to Sarah and Ian for the most spectacular party, held today for our little boy, aged 3. We chose the exclusive hire option for 20 and added the sweetie cones and ice cream as optional extras. All the had an absolute blast and the parents were able to sit back, relax and enjoy watching their little ones have a time. Everything was taken care of. We literally turned up with the boy and a cake. Sarah and Ian took care of everything else meaning the whole experience ran without a hitch and zero stress to us. These parties are very well organised and excellent value for money. The food served to the children, a mix of hot and cold, was delicious. The ice cream was served in bowls with an individual selection of toppings for each child with the option to add 3 different sauces - this looked ace and was a treat for the children. The sweetie cones were full of sweets instead of a cheaper alternative of mainly popcorn with a few sweets thrown in at the top (you see that a lot these days) and the bags were next level with a book inside, some sweets, a home made cookie and a puzzle. No expense spared on the Sarah and Ian’s part. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience and a celebrating our little man’s third birthday. It was a first for a lot of who attended today and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thankfully, Sarah and Ian are experts at organising and getting everything ready, just what busy parents need! I honestly can not recommend Ian & Sarah enough! They have been extremely helpful from the moment I booked the party. Sarah was amazing at making sure the room was decorated beautifully. On the day they made sure everything ran smoothly, made my daughter feel so special on her big day. Everything was perfect and the food was lovely. Value for money with this is spot on! The can't escape and you're able to keep an eye on them from the comfort of your table, while enjoying a beverage or snack. We booked our sons here which was supposed to happen in February. Unfortunately, a few days before the party, he came down with chickenpox. Ian was really understanding and moved the date without any hassle. The went ahead in March and it was awesome. Well organised, stress free and most importantly the had a time. Would highly recommend this place, and there's no doubt we will be booking again in the future! This place and it's are amazing. We have been a few times before, and always had a time, so we decided to book it for a our toddlers 3rd and all I can say is it was PERFECT! The owners and were friendly, hard working and clearly having a as well as the kids. Cannot recommend this place enough. I attended here for a family members and I was amazed at how smoothly it went and how the place was. The floors were pristine, the high chairs was sparkling, even the changing table in the toilet was so clean!! I also wanted to say a massive thank you! My daughter was getting a bit of grief off some she did the right thing and told an adult. I have to say the way the situation was rapt with was brilliant! It was towards the end of the and so they took ny little girl out of the situation and made her a “helper” and she was over the moon! It took her out of the situation while still making her feel special AND she got a little thank you gift from them at the end for helping. They have a wonderful idea to get all the balls back in the ball pit and honestly? I think I may need them to help get my to tidy up at bedtime 😂 they do a race at the end as a last hurrah before home and I think that really helps the to have an easier leaving. There were no tantrums or anything! All members of were and helpful. You can tell that they love what they do. This is definitely a place I would consider for future children’s parties and even some of their midweek classes. Very well organised, smoothly run and completely stress free for us, which was definitely needed for a children's 🥳 All we had to do was provide a cake, turn up and have fun. Couldn't thank them enough. We all have a xx My 2 Greatgrandchildren had a here, a place with plenty to amuse them. I took from home 2 little bags of sweet treats for them to take home and left them on the table, we had ordered food and drinks and when the food was delivered to the table was promptly told that I wasn't allowed to bring my own food. Can't say it spoilt the experience but couldn't help thinking how petty the ruling is, not like we were having a picnic, just a few little treats. We love this place! We found it through a we attended and yesterday we had a for our daughter and 17 friends. The owners have been fantastic in communication, organising, prepping all the beautiful food and the service was really personal (to what you get at big chains of SOME soft centres). The venue was very - the cafe part as well as the equipment. Our daughter enjoyed "testing the slide speed and that the cushions were bouncy enough" before her friends arrived, and all we had to sort was the cake as Panda-Monium sort the goody bags too!! The area was clean, safe, and perfect for little ones – the had the best exploring, climbing, and sliding. The room was set up beautifully, and the food was fresh and child-friendly with plenty of options to keep everyone happy. The team made sure the girl felt really special, and nothing was too much trouble. All of our guests commented on how well the was run and how much fun their had. Our daughter had the most amazing day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate her 3rd birthday. My daughter had a wonderful at her party, and we really loved being there! area but rude staff!! Very busy as half term multiple running up the slides, I had told my eldest not to a few times after 2 hours of being there I was approached by the older member saying my child had ran up the slide and that was why the other were doing it (he hadn’t been going up it since I told him not to I was sat on the table right next to it!!) and that he was in the under 5s area where he was not allowed and she had told him! He’s 11 and was with his 4 year old sister not being boisterous just playing as she had asked him to where parents were with younger aswell, or are they under 5 now too!! Was the approached again about the same issue again when my child had not been up the slide since but multiple other had been and then we decided to leave as I will not be spoken to like a child myself appalling service. Spent over £50 on entry and food/drink to be belittled when other are doing the same things! I work in hospitality myself and would never treat anyone this way so maybe need to have training on people skills or if they don’t like don’t work there! Won’t be returning! We had our daughter's 4th at Panda-Monium this weekend and I can't recommend it enough. Getting the booking sorted relied on a bit of back and forth via email which was a little slow and frustrating but we could've called in the phone in fairness to them and I'm sure it would've been easier. We've never actually been to the venue, we just booked based on the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. The lady that managed our session had everything under control from the moment we arrived and all we had to do was supervise while they ate. Dietary requirements were met perfectly and the enjoyed their buffet. They had lots of for and the area itself was and well kept. Not huge but actually bigger than we expected from photos we'd seen and perfect for the 3-5 year olds that attended the party. Excellent value considering food and bags were included. The bags had cake, a pack of harribo, a toy maze and a book - I love the book idea so I understand cost wise they could really add much more. We booked the non-exclusive package on a Sunday morning and pretty much had the place to ourselves but I imagine Saturday slots would be busier and seating for parents might be a squeeze if the public are in too. Parents were able to order drinks and food while played at very reasonable prices. Truly the most stress free I've ever had for either of my two and if I can get away with it I'll do it again for her next year!
