This centre is ok, but it's far too small in my opinion. After 30 minutes the will be bored with doing the same thing and the adults left feeling claustrophobic! The were nice though. Great place, very helpful 👍 and good with the kids. Everything is clean and tidy coffees great too. Visited last week after receiving recommendations off other parents. Would describe as very underwhelming. Can't believe the price they charge, £9 for myself, husband and 4 month old baby (w access). In my opinion, the price is not justifiable and its very run down and the tended to just be stood around gossiping or on phones.. which, as someone who works in safeguarding of children.. yikes. We'll miss this next time. Pricing needs to be clearer. Brilliant, got children from 3 months to 10 years.... good clean venue.... friendly staff... able to but food at a reasonable price. The food was terrible, my 9 year old daughter even commented on how plastic the cheese was and how translucent the ketchup was. However, the were friendly. My daughter loved it, although I was gutted that there were nobody in the soft part dressed up, that is only for parties. I have been a few times, on this occasion, ( Sunday 1st December) I found the to be so rude. Unwelcoming and I felt uncomfortable. I asked about the food and drinks and got a very abrupt response from a women with dark hair and glasses. They all hang around the cafe, just gossiping. When I asked where the sugar was, it was a response like it's there, which is around the corner and not in obvious sight. The area itself isn't very looked after, very small, and seems very unappealing. I have given it 3 days because my son did enjoy it, to an extent. Just felt like it wasn't something I would recommend. I am writing to express my concerns following my recent visit today. The venue was overcrowded, with no available seating or space which should be common sense to in there. After requesting a refund after I entered the member at the reception said she would get the manager. The manager came and Despite the manager’s offer to find a spot or provide a chair, it was clear that there was no safe area for us. I had to request a refund and leave, as the environment seemed unsuitable for children over 5 years old because the soft and activities are not for tall children in a small area I am particularly concerned about the lack of attention to health and safety, as seemed more focused on accommodating more guests than ensuring a safe environment. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Our daughter has just had her 4th birthday party here. She had an amazing time and it was worth paying the extra for the themed party host “Rapunzel” who was very friendly and amazing with the little ones! Party games were lovely, they had little prizes which the loved. The place was clean and all were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The soft area is smaller than other places but there’s plenty to do, ball pit, slides, tunnels, climbing etc. everyone had a time and I would definitely recommend it 😊 My 5 year old loved it. Not as big as some places, but I personally think that's nicer. are and overall the place was clean and tidy Really nice place. Took my 1 year old and we had the for half hour to ourselves which was great. He loves it and wore him out haha. are absolutely lovely. Will definitely be taking him more often. For babies and younger I found this place to be better than jungleland and others in Telford. It is well lit, colourful, has a and baby area. were nice, good range of sandwhiches and cold food for and adults. There are some small arcade type machines. Can't speak for older but for babies this is my choice, with it being smaller less noisy, better than other soft for that age. Overpriced My family and I visited on a Monday afternoon, thinking it was open till 5 but was told it was closing at 4:30 when we arrived at 4. The kitchen was also closed. We normally love this place but I thought I'd let other parents know that the opening times are not guaranteed and save you a trip, maybe call to make sure coz we'll definitely be doing that next time. Was not worth the walk today. Fantastic venue for a party. My son has SEN and loves the so booked pirates and princess to celebrate his 3rd birthday with friends and family. are amazing and did everything to make his day special. Lots of healthy food option for the and hot drinks, would recommend a visit. Rip off. Advertising a but once paid and inside the building, got told I have to pay more than full price again to access the separate room. Put my 10 month old in the under 2yrs section and there was unsupervised 8+ yr olds jumping around causing chaos. did nothing. Takes us 25 minutes to drive here and this is the second time that they have been shut or closing different to official opening hours with no information posted anywhere until you arrive. Really disappointing and won’t waste a trip over there again.
