I had the most magical, fun and perfect day finding my dream here. Mel was just from start to finish and was so warm and friendly that I felt at ease straight away and so excited. I felt her excitement along with me and my best friend as I tried on and it was just such a lovely experience! To also have Jackie come and confirm for me that I’d made the right choice was the icing on the cake! So happy I chose Shropshire Country Brides, even my best friend said as we left that she’d like to come here when it’s her turn! Fabulous ❤️ So, I rang up today last minute to try on some short bridal gowns for my second of the evening. The team there were fabulous, booked me in and pulled the short for me to try on. They also offered me Prosecco and made me feel very welcome. Unfortunately they were all a little big and as I live in Somerset, it wasn't really viable to order in the correct sizes and have the adjusted in time for my wedding. However, they are a fabulous shop and the really do have a large range of dresses. Had my wedding day on 17.05.25, My original appointment was with Sarah who was ! She knew exactly what would suit me and I felt so comfortable around her. The whole team are so welcoming and the range of they have is insanely good ! She was so enthusiastic, helpful and kind with everything. I tried on multiple dresses, it was the first time I’d been to a bridal shop and it was so beautiful and spacious and clean in there. I went with the mindset that I’d try on different styles and find something that would give me an idea of what I’d like, and I left with the of my dreams! Highly highly recommend the shop, there are hundreds of dresses, all beautifully organised. My sister came in to find her dress, Kerrie helped us throughout who was wonderful! She was so friendly, helpful, supportive and just a blimmin good egg! She found her after trying on a beautiful selection, at no point did we feel rushed or anything like that. It was a gorgeous space to be in as well, light airy, comfortable and just lush!!! I want to get married again just to be able to come back. The appointment booking system is easy to use and when I needed to change my appointment the team sorted this for me promptly with no problems. My appointment was with Hannah who did the most job putting me at ease, helping me find “the one” and making me feel like a million dollars. We spent two hours, trying on so many dresses, then trying them on again with nothing being too much trouble for the team. I went in with one idea of what I wanted but Hannah had a couple of wild cards up her sleeve, one of those is the I fell head over heels with 💕 The amount of variety and size inclusiveness was fabulous.
