Decent enough play activities but Not the nicest soft play. A bit grubby. Quite a lot of rough people. It is very cold. We had a little heater in a room upstairs but it barely heated the area. Took a while for the heating in the main building to kick in. Drinks slow service but not bad. Food ok, your typical children's party food. My 1st visit and friendly staff nice will be returning Good little soft play. 4 year old loved it. Our 2 year old loves it here! Our 10 year won't admit it, but he clearly enjoys it too. Staff are super nice and we will definitely be back when we visit the again. We visited Thirsk on 30th January with our grandson, after a nice wander around and visiting the White Rose Bookshop and Cafe, we made our way to Twiggy's soft play as we had promised. Our grandson absolutely loved it and we had a couple of drinks and a bite to eat. It is great for both children and their parents and grandparents. The seating for us was nice and comfy, everything was very clean and tidy and tables cleared promptly when people left. When in this with our grandson, we will definitely call again. I always bring my grandchildren to this softplay as it's not huge in size compared to some so it's easy to see where the children are at all times. It's always clean, friendly staff and a good range of food for both adults and children. They also offer different party packages including exclusive hire of the whole place Absolutely adore this soft play! Always receive such a warm friendly welcome, love all the smiling faces in here. The food is fantastic, the chips especially!! My girls loved the frame, different to other soft plays and kept them entertained for ages. Can't wait to come back. Thank you so much! We have been several times and it has been brilliant until today until one of the staff vacuumed the floor trailing an electric flex while the children were playing. He explained that they only do this when it’s relatively quiet and carers are supervising the children. Mmmmm. Not sure. I came to Twiggy's on Monday, 2nd September with my five-year-old granddaughter. The place was so busy but the young staff were exceptionally good, both at serving the food, keeping the place clean and tidy, and yet always polite and pleasant to everyone who they came into contact, with even though they were under pressure to carry out all their tasks. Well done to the two young chaps and the young lady working on that day. A brilliant place for a party. Staff were very friendly, organised and helpful. Excellent service and a good space for parties. Kids loved being able to choose their own food. I’d definitely recommend. Thanks Dean for such a smooth party experience. We had my son’s fourth birthday party at Twiggy’s - he had a great time as did we as the staff team did all the hard work which let us have one of the most effort free parties to date!
