Το κατάστημα ξεκίνησε με μία καλή σχέση ποσότητας-τιμής και μία σχετικά αξιοπρεπή ποιότητα, σύντομα όμως όλα πήραν άλλη τροπή. Οι τιμές άρχισαν να αλλάζουν συχνά πράγμα που θα δικαιολογούταν αν δεν άλλαζε και η ποιότητα δραματικά προς το χειρότερο. Έφτασαν στο σημείο να στέλνουν μια χοιρινή ποικιλία γεμάτη με λιωμένες, λαδωμένες και ξανατηγανισμένες πατάτες, λαδωμένες πίτες και ψίχουλα καμένου γύρου για να μην πω αποφάγια άλλων. Τα σουβλάκια δεν ήρθαν γιατί είχαν ξεμείνει αλλά όταν παράγγειλα παράγγειλα ένα χοιρομέρι με μπρόκολο και πατάτες αλλά ήταν σάπιο. Αυτό με εξοργίζει γιατί μπέικα με τόση χαρά στο μαγαζί να δω πως ψήνει ο μεγάλος Παπούς αλλά τα αποτελέσματα με απογοήτευσαν.
