We love it here (term only though- and weekdays). The is brilliant, clean, spacious and calm- not your usual chaos! Our daughter (2yrs) has a great time. You do have to pay for parking, but look on the website as you may be able to get a parking pass to claim back parking fees. We do that, it works fine and super accommodating. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, children really enjoyed the and food. Parking charges are are expensive extra on top of the the entrance fee which unfortunately means we will not return. Brilliant for kids. Food wasn't too expensive and there's lots of choice. Parking prices are a bit steep but the area is worth every penny Clean, Tidy and Spacious Softplay. Tess was exceptionally Kind, Friendly and Very Helpful answering our questions all with a smile. Children had an amazing time, good selection of snacks and meals on the menu also. Highly recommended! Huge play, pictures don’t size of justice. Upstairs seating gallery too. Catering on-site includes Starbucks coffee. 2 adults and one small child £6.85 and same again for a large tea, latte and orange juice box. Loyalty card scheme gets a free child entry after sixth visit Came today with my 6yr and 14mth old, we pre booked online which I would recommend especially for school holidays as they did have to turn away people who hadn't booked, generally a nicely set up of play, however there's a few issues that I feel need to be heard and maybe management can find a solution to sorting; firstly very clearly quite a few over 4s in the smaller area with the gate often being left open I found myself shutting the gate on many occasions, then 2 older boys had brought a drink into the smaller area, I spoke to a member who said they would deal with it and the solution was to make an announcement!! Also saw at least 2 people wearing shoes when in both areas!! Which their is clear signs saying no shoes but socks to be worn!! I feel alot of those breaking the rules was likely holiday makers as I've been before in school and was a much different atmosphere etc, it was busy but not as busy as some plays I've been too. The bless them was absolutely run of their feet, very short staffed I'd say for such a popular and especially at peak season/time, as we aren't too far away likely we will be back but definitely won't be back this summer holidays after today's experience which is a shame considering it was the best equipped for my little one Management need to do better not just for the customers but for the too they was only young workers too 🥰 I believe this centre is one of the best places for children, especially those with additional needs. We recently visited, and my son was able to without any restrictions. Next time, we plan to try out the splash zone. Honestly the enjoy it so much, it’s brilliant during weekdays (off peak times) as much quieter. Always a bonus when it’s cheaper (off peak). Free parking during winter times & longer stay during weekday times (winter term only I believe). My little one had her 4th birthday here as well & loved it. Priced well wouldn’t pay less or more. We’ve come a few times & the are lovely ! Completely forgot names but one has gone on maternity & the one with long blonde hair with glasses is always lovely as well. Food & drink prices are good. Always when I’ve visited. Love that they have a child's toilet & a low sink for children to use (in the female toilets downstairs). Overall my child has always had a great here, a brilliant day to burn out an energetic child. Definitely on the pricey side, especially if you want to add drinks/food on top of entry. Could do with a the floor was dirty, were going into with food and the tables were not cleaned. Our enjoyed it and we didn't have to wait to go in (plus they let us in early as it was quieter) but we've definitely been to better ones that were more value for money. Brean overall is VERY expensive! Visited for the first with my 10 month old. While the bigger area is decent and has enough to do, the baby area is lacking. Not much going on and multiple things worn or broken. Not to mention there numerous older children in the baby only section (not a care from parents or staff). This explain why things were broken as they’re not designed for bigger kids. All in all good value for money but won’t be returning unfortunately. Went today with 2 and had a great time! The 3 year old absolutely loved the larger play, I went round it with him and it’s really well done, doesn’t feel claustrophobic and is really easy to navigate but also exciting for them. The ‘under 4s’ section was ok for my 11m old, he just wanted to crawl around through the tunnel but it’s not well ‘policed’ by or parents, with lots of older in there. The food was good, we had jacket potato and cheesy fries. Both tasted a little bit of ‘freezer burn’ but absolutely tolerable for the setting. It was the last day before school holidays; we went around 1pm, and it wasn’t busy at all, I would say about 10 families max. But they were well understaffed with one main member having to duck between the front desk and the cafe, as well as etc. No wonder they can’t monitor the at all. I felt quite sorry for them and things I ordered from the cafe were forgotten so had to follow up. Would definitely return but I wouldn’t want to be there at peak time, it must be manic as the tables are very crammed together, not a lot of room for buggies! Had a lovely morning in Brean Play, with my grandchildren aged 1 to 7 . Loved how it was especially ocean world. Cafe really . helpful and friendly. Food fresh and hot. Delivered really quickly. Highly recommend a visit .
