I went with my daughter and my 2 grandchildren 3 yrs & 4 yrs the loved it. It's £10 for each child and £2.50 each adult. You cannot take food or drink in. There is a menu, snacks and drinks available to buy. Not the cheapest, but affordable. The are lovely and the area and equipment is kept clean. YOU are responsible for looking after and supervising your own children. It really is a pleasant, fun place for the and tables and seating is along the middle of the area. Socks must be worn by and supervising adults, especially if entering the areas.... Remember adults, bring socks! 😂 Well worth a visit if you have younger children... This soft could be so good but many things let it down. £11.70 for one adult and one child is extortionate! £2.50 for an adult to accompany a child is a rip off! I think they can take advantage as there is very little competition for now - although hoping that changes. I haven’t been here for about 2 years as I have 3 and it is too expensive! The food is also very over priced so I didn’t eat here. You can’t get tap water unless you order a meal or you pay for it. Mug of tea cost £2.85, coffee was similar price. Burger and chips was £8.10! If I didn’t have to pay so much for entry I probably would have spent more at the cafe and stayed for lunch but felt it was a rip off just for entry so spent little while there - friends also did the same. We went on a Friday morning due to being a school day and it was relatively quiet had the who had an inset day not been there it would have been a ghost town. Probably due to entry price. Unlikely to return. Fantastic! Great vibes all around. Lovely, friendly staff. Good food. And of course the had an absolute blast. Ive taken my gradchildren to Jolly Jumpers several times. Endless fun for all ages. I find it hard to leave as the just want that last jump!! Great food and tasty refreshments and treats. Allergies catered for. are always pleasant and helpful. Great facillities. If you need somewhere to give your child that special birthday treat or party, Jolly jumpers is the place. Little lunch boxes at affordable prices. Awesome place. 10.30 on a Bank holiday and I went straight in. You’re not hassled to leave if you’ve been there for a few hours. The literally ran riot for 3 hours while I sat and got some stuff done online. Free Wi-Fi also and the coffee isn’t too awful either. I took my 2 year daughter here today first we loved it very much great food was excellent love the area we will be back Very clean and well kept my 2 year grandson loved it , got the yearly pass for him .. hope that he doesn’t get bored with it after few times 😂staff was very friendly . Great place for to in a safe and friendly environment plus can relax with food and drink ( non alcohol) in the knowledge that the are happy a worn out by the end and have been well cared for by all the 🙂 Extremely over priced for a small climbing area and a few bouncy castles!! £9.50 for and £2.50 for adults. Hate it when they charge for adults, who are just sitting. Makes me not buy a coffee. Will not be returning, not worth the ridiculously high price, disgusted. RESPONSE TO OWNER - you need to look at all of your bad reviews and do something about it, rather than taking a swipe at me lol! If mine was a one off bad review might believe it was just me moaning. £2.50 to use facilities....what the toilet! Charge less for and limit to two hours. Charge, £1 for adults. Improve the quality of your food and drinks. You'll then get repeat visitors and gain good reviews. I can see from your responses to other reviews that you tell they are reviewing the wrong place which is a laughable attempt brush away telling the truth about your business and that they should say something on the day (they probably did). Take responsibility rather than having a pop at the leaving an honest review. Look at your reviews and make changes! LOOK MAMBOS CARDIFF AND TAKE NOTE. That is massive and worth the money You can't book in advance but it's a big place we had no trouble getting in loved it are friendly, though some could do with showering and washing clothes more often. Could be cleaner floors are pretty gross given the number of families in and out this is to be expected. The area and parent seating is too tightly packed, running between tables or down the sides of tables to get to inflatable zones, quite low lighting can be pretty dark in there in some areas. My love it here! They can charge about like loonies in a safe environment. More so the food is homemade and banging so no complaints from me! I purchased a one-year membership from here. I’m staying at the hotel, and this is the only place where I can spend with my baby. Since my child has sensory sensitivities, they require extra playtime and support. I really love this place. My baby enjoys the toys. The only thing that bothers me is when the takes and puts away the toys while my baby is playing. It feels like we’ve overstayed our time, and I get a sense of 'it’s to leave.' Maybe the rules are different, but I just wanted to say that I really love your place and will be coming here every day. 🙏🏻 I'm done with this place. have a good but every we go there are major food shortages. I was told 45min wait which is fine but waited over two hours as they couldn't count how many slices of bread they had left and had to send someone out for more! Meanwhile I am 90% sure I was glutened there (I'm coeliac) and spent the night in agony. I'd told them but I should have known better as they so busy I fully expect cross contamination concerns went out the window. Staff are nice enough but mostly young and no understanding that making wait over 2hrs for lunch is not ok. Then when it came, my adult jacket potato was the smallest I'd ever seen with only a teaspoons worth of beans on it! Ridiculous. Same story every we go which isnt often so perhaps we are unlucky. They said they didn't have enough but then didn't cap how many they let in. Surely that's rudimentary management? At one point I heard someone refused entry but then saw the kid in there ten mins later (while I was still waiting for food, so can't imagine the situation was any better). Well that's us done. We shall find another place to go as just can't risk the fate of the cafe. Shame but I think they offer too big a menu for their abilities. Strip it down and you will manage your stocks better. Well!!! It's 10 quid for a kid and have to pay 2.50 to sit and watch. They are making money from teas and coffee from the and you can't bring your own food. That's bad in itself and to top it all you have to pay 65p for tap water in a jug. I appreciate businesses have to make money but come on there's making a profit and stitching up. Should be less then they'd get more in there. Also get some latte spoons the spoons are to short to stir your coffee. Luckily I don't have to suffer this weekly as I'm not from around here. And not worth the entrance money.
