To start it’s really bright and cheery inside. are well kept and serviced. If anything did go wrong it didn’t take long to find someone to get it fixed. The had great knowledge of the machines. Not only were the knowledgeable they were extremely helpful. Walking round topping up in the 2p machines. The 2p had ones that were themed so you could aim for you actually like, such as: Mario, Harry Potter, pokemon - an amazing idea! 2p also give to redeem against larger prizes. Amazing variety of games, cash slots for adults, ticket slots 🎰, ticket winning games, bowling and much much more! Ticket were incredible and very reasonable. The amount of grown up really were above and beyond. We spent a load of money and in this arcade. Even after this we skipped Weston and came to here again! 2 days in a row. Highly recommend a visit to this place! My kids love the 2p tipping point style machines. They are a massive rip-off as the operators load the coins in piles, making it impossible to come out a winning. I would avoid the place if it wasn't for pressure from the kids. £10 was my limit. My friend spent £80 for a small bunch of tickets, which he struggled to get anything decent. The wouldn't ever barter over rubbish items as he fell short of an item that cost less than £10. 1 star is being generous here. My wife and I were trying to win a giant teddy for our son who’s autistic and obsessed currently with the character of a tv show. My wife and I were trying to win a teddy but after inserting a £2 into the the credit didn’t register, I stopped playing and asked my wife to contact the to assist the issue. A lady radioed someone but nothing happened. We contacted another member who then opened the and found a £2 coin in the machine. But because it was in the corner, we were accused of somehow cheating the system! Earlier today the same thing happened where I did lose £5. I asked the lady who radioed later that evening she gave me 4 extra plays, but still I lost money on the machine. None the less later this evening we went back and I thought ok I’ll try £2 again. No the same thing happened which led to the events above. The “manager” was watching us on cctv and accused me of lying, which I had 2 £2 coins, one of which I put in the machine, the other in my hand / wallet. But nope I got accused of trying to cheat the machine. Yet all we were trying to do was win a giant teddy for our autistic son. I’ve been going to this since I was a kid! I’m on holiday where I constantly rave nothing but good reviews about this area / place. This being my favourite to go to as well! Clearly the are a problem as I’ve never had any issues in the past and would find them friendly, surely the whole point of going to an is to have fun, but to go and be accused of cheating and lying for a simple £2?! Like come on. I would say avoid it and use the others in the area but this is a good one to play at. Just watch yourself using £2 coins and be careful when contacting the as they’re very rude. Manager is rude And is miserable and they don’t look you in the eyes and managements have bad communication, my sister won a toy in the claw and it was hanging by the tag and the we went to get somebody the claw had move by itself and dropped the toy, told management and he would be grudgingly gave me the toy and didn’t acknowledge us while giving the toy and seemed reluctant and saw him walk away shaking his head and shrugging his shoulders and acting like a child about it, not very mature or professional, should of checked the cameras as it seemed he didn’t believe us. Will be avoiding this place from now on! Absolutely disgusted by the at this "amusement" park. Not only once, but twice 2 scammed us, paid multiple times to play, just to be called liers and to be told it "should" of worked. The bald manager is a complete arrogant little man-child, just because something "should" work, doesn't mean it did or does every time. We won a prize and it didn't drop, to then tell my autistic child who watched us win it, that she couldn't have it is absolutely vile. The place is a complete joke and the manager should be fired !!
