The place was very busy when we went, however the service was still fast and friendly and food delicious. Small cafe in the old city centre. Around noon no bread was available. So lunch wasn’t possible. The atmosphere inside is basic. Very dark. Coffee was good. Great place to have a drink and a snack. Amazing café and friendly staff. The streets are so small in this town that you have to park your car a bit further. No problem of course for a walk in the old streets. Sometimes you find yourself in places so idyllic with people so obviously in the place they were meant to be that it's difficult to believe it's real. I'd almost make the argument that it's so good that it has to be a simulation dreamed up by a programming team in a higher dimension. The thing is, I dont think anyone could dream up a place this pretty. Such a cosy,cute place! Especially during winter months with a stove and christmas decoration. Cappuccino, waffels and pie were delicious as well. Must visit when in the neighbourhood, we will return. Everything was perfect! We had a waffle and coffee, and it was the perfect stop in our daytrip. Delicious cake but the cappucinos were horrible, tasting muddy and burnt. Waitress didnt bother to ask how it was while taking 2 unfinished cups. Avoid. Loved this cafe so much we came back the same day!! Cute setting in and out, lovely staff, amazing food! Can't wait to be back. The best waffles and cheesecake we've had in Germany! And great coffee. And a lovely cozy atmosphere!
