Lovely little town with plenty of character. Nice river/harbour area. Lots of decent places to eat. Bear in mind depending where you park there is a steep walk up to the town from the river. Gorgeous medieval town. Picturesque waterfront and a superb variety of French cafes and bistros One of the loveliest spots I've ever seen. Just the most beautiful place you can imagine. A walk along the canal path to Lehon strongly recommended. We arrived here on canal boat many years ago and loved it. Restaurants and bars in plentiful supply. Boats of all types to hire. 3 hours on a boat for 4 around €80. Next time a must for me! Clean and beautiful with some bars an restaurants around! Lovely little spot for people watching over a coffee/beer or a crêpe or something more formal. Also great starting point for a walk around Dinan...if you like steep cobbled hills to walk up!
