Plenty of walking nearby and lots of things happening on the water, boats, wildlife and people fishing. What a lovely find, great food, welcoming staff, excellent service and atmosphere in an interesting Marina setting which you can watch from inside or outside. We will return! As a new owner, our was taken to Goole Marina in Jan 2025 to be surveyed in the dry dock. Dave and Ellie were great, especially as a newbie to boating, and very patient as we got our blackened and then decided to fit solar to her. All quotes were reasonable (I am a Southerner so it's definitely more expensive down here!). Dave also arranged a skipper for us to take us to Hull Marina after the survey/blacking/solar install (even though I messed him around a little thinking I could get it craned out at Goole). Kev, the skipper was also great and took me, partner and the kids to Hull early one morning. Cannot fault anything on the way. Highly recommend. I bought a Dutch steel cruiser through Dave in October last year and I couldn’t be happier… both with the (small ship) 😂 but also Dave and the marina itself, very accommodating, everything you need is on site laundry showers etc which are all very well maintained, my original plan was to move the closer to home ( Liverpool) but after being around Goole for a while now I think I’ll keep this as my home mooring! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Brilliant place, catering for all needs, only been down to stay on my mates a few times but every time had Brilliant experience with the marina and the staff, facilities always clean, as marinas go this is 10/10 in my opinion I took my to Goole Marina with a faulty alternator. I asked them to replace it and they insisted on doing 15 minutes work to repair it and charged me for an hours work. Now at Burton and my alternator has failed. Need to replace it now!! Not very happy with the service as they didn’t even test my alternator!! Ah well I’m obviously in the minority but I’m sure their cafe is amazing!! Thanks Friendly and professional team, Extremely pleased with the current work, have had work done here previously and will again and would recommend anyone else to do the same.
