Who knows how long they have spent in the freezer... losos was very very salted and also dry. So I can't recommend this place, sorry. We stumbled upon this gem accidentally, and were absolutely blown away. They have quite possibly the best in the whole world, and I am not making that statement lightly. Service was also very pleasant. Mainly we call and order to go. This place has very good and salads. Staff is very kind. One can also change or add ingredients. I recommend this place and i'll order again for sure.
