For a good price, and the room looks very nice. And the pizzeria the have is super and a very good price aswell! The is lovely and clean. Breakfast is not bad - basic and yet very delicious. My 5 stars go to the lady at the reception for she is super welcoming and a very good person!! She tried to help me find a taxi as i am a stranger in the city for the first time. All taxis were busy so she drove me to my destination!!!!! Such things I miss in Germany!! But now hope is restored:) Small clean hotel. Heating systems doesnt work perfectly and breakfast is not the best but okay. Personnel is kind and nice. However!!! I have booked my for 1 night (by the way, I have stayed in this for 3 times and I dont think it´s worth the price. I am staying here, because of business trips). And the day I needed to travel there was a strike at Deutsche Bahn. So my train is cancelled and there was no way to go to the city, so I cancelled my business trip. called the to explain the status but nobody picked up at 17.30, because apparently it´s out of their working time?! I wrote them an e-mail explaining the situation and the reason why I cannot come to Giengen and asked them to cancel my booking. I received a reply, saying we have to charge you because you booked the room anyway. I am so pissed with them, I will never stay here. They are not helpful at all. Expensive and no one is here in sundays, so no help if the check-in dont work.. I just would like to say thank you for everything. Nice rooms , exeptional service. I have left my i phone charger in the and they sent after me straight away by post. Super staff and thanks for The Reception team to be really helpful. Noisy rooms due to heaters. No water neither glasses in the rooms. Not so good cleaning the shower gel was not always replenished and forgotten. Very basic with poor quality breakfast.
