Staff is very unprofessional, and we felt like they are doing us a favour to give us what we ordered. They even where fighting among them selfs while we where trying to place an order. Pools and the Ambience are definitely above par, but staffs could be bit more professional and understanding. I had a great time, the staff was lovely.
