I've stopped at over 40 marinas from Germany down to Mortril Spain. Although this is a mid size they go out of there way to make you feel welcome and valued. Hats off to the at Mortril. Slip fees were average, about 50 Euro for a 15m boat. Ready hands at the dock to help mooring with less stress than would normally occur. Views out to sea include a cement factory and many oil bunkering structures. water is the cleanest I have seen is a long time. We needed help for our sailboat from a mechanical standpoint. The manager was quick and efficient to get things repaired ASAP. The local restaurant of the is literally in the dry dock. Boats are stored overhead while dining. I fully recommend this place and this is primarily a function of attentive management and staff. Washrooms were clean, no access card required. Great work Mortril. Well protected marina, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Added bonus is the security as it is located within the port and thus the national police control entry and exit I can highly recommend this marina, which also operates as a shipyard. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the competence of the entire team. No matter what question or problem I had, the was always quick, friendly, and helpful. What really stood out to me was that even for more complex issues that couldn’t be solved on site, they immediately provided a reliable contact to take care of it. Communication was always open and solution-oriented. I felt completely supported here. Thank you for the excellent service! Great service och atmosphere. When we were leaving our motor broke and Roberto (harbour master) called their Yanmar specialist for us. Took under 15 minutes and the guy from Yanmar was in our boat and could locate the problem. They ordered the new part from the Netherlands with express shipping and after 3 days they installed the new part and we could continue our journey. If your boat needs fixing, this is the place! A very nice with extremely friendly and helpful staff, who really care for the customers in a warm and always smiling style. For my opinion one of the nicest marinas that we have ever visited with the most friendly reception. We enjoy being here and feel very well cared for. Highest possible recommendation! We can only agree to the good comments also on Navily! We were going to spend one night at Motril but ended up staying two. Roberto (who speaks excellent English) and his team are great, very kind and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to tell us about the local area and they even have several bicycles to borrow for free. The mosquitos are a bit keen but nets and Avon kept them bearable. The surroundings are a proper working yard and set in a busy port but that's fine with us, much more interesting than some of the fancy places. The restaurant, Captain Morgan's, is also very good. We had seafood pasta which was excellent and again the were lovely. The fact that what appeared to be the entire local police force chose to eat there was a good recommendation! High season 2023 for a 14m catamaran was €60 a night electric and water included. Thank you Roberto, we'll stop in when we're passing next time. Cozy with the most awesome staff! Great boat services. Good restaurants, good shops in area Absolutely wonderful marina. Beautiful little restaurant nearby and fabulous facilities. Everything you could need. Thank you ☺️ Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
