What an amazing place! We decided to take 30mins drive from the national park and it was worth it. Really good and patries, beautiful space and interior, possibility to look around and buy vegetables from their small farm. It was busy but there is plenty of space to sit both inside and outside. The only downside was the opening hours - check before going there. We will come again if in the area. This was one of my favourite places in southern Sweden. Would highly recommend planning a visit - it’s definitely worth the detour. We drove back he next day 😄 Just be very cognizant of the opening times as they are quite specific. We had bread, and pastries here. All were amazing. The pastry is so flaky and filled with spices. The atmosphere outside was beautiful. It’s a great place to enjoy a proper Swedish break. Highly recommended!! We visited on a beautiful fall day, could sit outside and enjoyed the excellent and the pastries. We couldn’t decide on which was the best, so we had to get a second serving of everything🤷🏼‍♀️. We are still not sure: is the Danish with a filling of roasted almonds and topped with poppy seeds the best choice? Or the lemon cake? Or the cinnamon bun? Or the croissant? Opinions differ… If I could give more stars, I totally would. Found this gem based on a small poster hanging in our camping, it was so worth a ride! It is a modern craftsmanship at its best: wonderful and thought through baked goods, specialty coffee, fantastic storytelling and design of the space. Not to mention a smooth working team, that elevates your experience to the next level.
