We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Masterland – Kiddom Playground. From the very beginning, the service and communication during the arrangements with Mrs Maria were excellent and very well organized. The place offers big and convenient parking, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and professional, which made everything run smoothly. The were beautifully entertained with creative, progressive games and engaging workshops, keeping them happy and involved throughout. A special mention to our mascot lady (Belle Princess) — she was incredibly polite, calm, and wonderful with the children. One unique and thoughtful touch was that the waiters served the individually at their own plates and glasses, which was truly impressive and not something you see often. Thanks to the great organization, adults were able to relax and enjoy their time while the were fully taken care of. Overall, it was an experience, and we highly recommend Masterland – Kiddom Playground for a stress-free, fun, and memorable time for both and adults! 🌟 We had our daughter’s at Kiddom (Masterland) and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was so well organised and the staff were super friendly, helpful and great with the kids. There are loads of fun and creative you can choose like baking, slime and soap making (all from scratch!) plus brilliant role-play areas where can be firefighters, doctors, vets, builders, dancing and more. All the children had the best time learning exploring and just being kids!! The place is spotless really safe and the food and coffee are lovely. Parents can chill in the café area or even join in the activities, which made it even more special! It is also perfect for weekends if you’re looking for something fun and different to do with your little ones. The facilities were amazing, and we did many activities: firefighting, feeding the animals, visiting the dentist, playing police, and making cookies.
