Couldn’t have asked for better weather and the surrounding area is very scenic! There’s a small to get drinks, toilets aswell and seats to view across the lake etc. are friendly and helpful, all wetsuits and life jackets are included within each activity. There are changing rooms aswell.. would be good if they did have showers though. Still it won’t put me off going again, would recommend. Awsome , love this place ,great fun. I took 4 of my grandchildren there today. I had pre-booked a session at the Aquapark. Parking was easy and the park was not crowded. The were very friendly and helpful and the Aquapark inflatables were much enjoyed by the children. What concerned me somewhat was a slightly poorly maintained feel evidenced by the number of broken lockers for example. The 50 minute slot you got for your money felt a bit mean too though it was clear in advance that was the case. Safety however was taken seriously both at the briefing and by the actually on the equipment. I would have no concerns about going there again and cannot comment on the other available Perfect open swimming environment. I did the assault course very well organised the instructors were helpful and supportive Kiera was with other guests the facility were clean and tidy I would recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment especially during school holidays ect A day out with the kids ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Booked Wild Shore ringo rides and aqua park for a 10th birthday party. Despite torrential rain, the kids have had a time! We booked some double wakeboarding sessions, and the were incredible with the children. They were patient, encouraging, and made sure everyone got the most out of their on the water. ​Later in the day, my nephew took a tumble and winded himself. The were fantastic, acting quickly and getting him out of the safely. Their quick thinking and professionalism was so reassuring. We can't thank the team enough for a day out! I visited with my son (13) and daughter (17) who do not agree on any for days out but both, thankfully, love the water. We booked the Ringo and Aqua Park. The were attentive, polite and well humoured. We have not laughed together so much for a long time. After the we had a picnic in the lovely and well kept area, sat on the little beach area and enjoyed an ice cream from the cafe. There was absolutely no stress. We will definitely be visiting again.
