The food is excellent The portions are huge. We couldn't eat everything. I recommend to try the traditional soups and food. The prices are ok. The cost for 2 persons was around 20 euro but we couldn't eat all. We took a lot of food home( We have for the dinner too) They also have daily menu for 27 lei (5,5 euro) You can see the prices in the pictures grief I am always surprised by the traditional restaurants in Transylvania. Bogracs was no different. We popped in for a spot of lunch,met with a friendly greeting and a nice traditional feel to the restaurant. I opted for the two course meal of the day which was a vegetable soup with rice and meat balls followed by Scnitzel and traditional potatoes(boiled with onion and prapika) and my partner went for the tripe soup ( not my cup of tea) with sour cream and bread. Both thoroughly our meals, she had home made traditional lemonade, I had a Coke zero. At the end of it we were well fed and our pockets were only a little lighter, the total cost (with tip) was 70 lei ( about £12) which was worth every penny. Highly recommend if passing through the area. Arrived at 19,40 but the host was kind to stay over time and feed us. Very goulash, decent Ciganypecsenye and friendly prices. Very nice place with tasty food, service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend it. Babgulyas (beans with smoked meat) was really good. Clean place. Fair price. Friendly atmosphere. Nice services, authentic place, child friendly with woden toys, really food, big portions, and fair prices. food, nice size servings and cheap. Nothing more expected from this kind of place from my side. The toilet should be a little bit cleaner. Charming family restaurant with awesome food, a must try if you are around.
